Gus is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, honest, and dependable. I did extensive research of various rodent control companies and ended up going with Gus because of a referral from someone I trust who said that he is extremely honest. I am so glad that I did so. Gus did a thorough inspection of my house (built in 1905) and identified various entry points. Gus installed mesh to cover some entry points, covered up some gaps, and even installed fresh concrete to rectify a two-inch gap between the door to my basement and the ground. Gus also set traps inside my house and in the basement. In addition, Gus contacted me three times in less than two weeks to see if he could come to my house to check the traps. He reached out to me instead of waiting for me to contact him. He was so proactive and polite. Gus only charged $200 for all of this work which was incredible to me. I will refer Gus to everyone I know. This man does not only know pests like rodents, but he is also very honest and forthcoming. He came the next day to check out my garage where I found rat droppings, and immediately Gus was able to find where they were getting in. Unlike other businesses who only look at the bottom line ($$$), Gus told me to simply seal the opening where they were entering and set up some rat traps. Gus did offer to seal it up for me, but I felt it was a small enough job where I could do it myself. Gus also had some rat traps in his truck and gave them to me at cost. You should choose Gus over the usual rodent control companies, without a doubt. Gus not only has more reasonable prices than the bigger companies, but he also goes above and beyond to get the job done. Unfortunately the rat that we had was in the kitchen, so on my request, Gus would come to our house at 6 in the morning and 9 at night just so that my babies would be asleep while he did his work. I could trust that Gus would stick with us until he got rid of the rat, and he did, even though we had a particularly tricky creature.
