Spartan has done great work for us. We had a critter problem and had already had a few companies try to resolve the problem. Rudy could tell from how a previous company had set traps that they were done incorrectly. He also found openings that other people didn't notice and covered them up. When the critters kept showing up he suspected they might be coming from sewage pipes and referred us to a plumbing company. Never lie to Spartan Pest Control. They know their bugs better than you do, and they can even tell when you're lying. When an exterminator came by to assess my bedbug problem (based on the excrement and leftover detritus made by the bedbugs) he said, "They've been here for about six months". "Really?" I said. "I've only noticed the infestation for about three months". I lied, or at least didn't want to face the truth that I kind of sat on calling them for help. I was pretty lucky because my bedbug infestation only centered on my bed and didn't spread to the apartment or even around the bedroom. For some reason they only hung out in my box spring and mattress. Not taking any chances the exterminator did a thorough job spraying the entire apartment, anyway. For the next few nights after my home was sprayed I woke up in the middle of the night to still catch a few of these devils biting my skin and running around the bed. I contacted Spartan and they were awesome by coming back and respraying the apartment at no extra charge. The exterminator turned over the box spring and showed scores of hatchings dying in the box. "It might be a good idea to just throw the whole bed out", he suggested, and it was time to just junk this overly large bed out. He was great in helping me throw out the box spring and mattress with me, pretty much above and beyond the call of duty. I bought a new bed frame (Target) and mattress (Ikea) and had to check my bedding for the next six weeks to make sure there weren't a few stragglers left. There were a scattered few (no fault of Spartan, these bugs are extremely difficult to get rid of and reproduce like rabbits), but for the past three weeks I've been completely bug free. Spartan did a great job and I really appreciate the fact they helped me dump my queen-sized nightmare of a bed. I thought that was the most helpful service money can buy. And take a tip from me, if you even see one bedbug marching around your bed, kill it instantly because in the blink of an eye one can become ten and ten turns into one hundred and one hundred becomes a thousand. They are not honest about the number of station installed and always blaming everything and everyone but the truth is if you don't check on them actually showing up, they likely won't until you call them on it, the owner name is Rudy and I suggest you shop around before settling on them, regardless of his pricing because no matter how cheap if they ripping off you are not getting a good service. Rudy you are con artists, you simply did not fill the station when scheduled and the number bait station were your suggestion and alway not where they belong.
