Unfortunately I found a roach in my house, and after tons of calls, Google searches, and Yelp quote requests I found a honest quick and efficient company! I really like that he is upfront about his pricing and he uses a flat rate fee for service. I'm neurotic and had him spray my whole house all baseboards, around windows, the garage, inside drawers/cupboards and tops of kitchen cabinets He also applied bait in strategic areas and baited all the sink drains. He was in and out in about an hour and even turned off all the lights in the house and opened the windows to ventilate the house before our return. Josue did an amazing job. We used to have many rats, including ones making lots of scratching noises in the attic. Josue surveyed the exterior of our house thoroughly and found several holes where rats could potentially enter, holes that were missed by a different exterminator two years prior. After blocking them and setting traps, he returned weekly to further inspect his work and dispose of any rats caught in the traps. After about 3 weeks, we didn't have any more rats.
