We had an absolutely great experience with California Pools and specifically with Ryan Vaughn. We called 5 different swimming pool companies and Ryan was the first to call back right away. He listened to what we had in mind and he delivered us an amazing design. We don't have the biggest yard in town but Ryan maximized the space we have with his imagination and experience. Our backyard now has a beautiful swimming pool, waterfall, tile, small spa and it all was done on time and on budget. California Pools was not the cheapest bid but it was worth every penny. If I could give them a negative I would. The worst pool company in the entire world. They steel your money and never finish the job. They buy the cheapest equipment and tell you its the best. They have contractors working for them that have suspended licences. I have never dealt with such people that lie as much as the entire company. It is a Franchise and the owner does not care what their people do as long as they get paid. They don't stand behind there work and they give you a warranty on the pool and equipment then they don't stand behind it. This team is very organized, very communicative. They set up a group text and introduced themselves and their specific roles right away and there's communication every week. They delivered all paperwork on it, even our own HOA. From the initial meeting to receiving a quote was 3 days and we're doing both front & backyard. Their expertise on a pool process is evident in the sales team warning us of possible setbacks and how they'll handle them.
