After pointing out the areas of concern to him, Ken offered a couple non-serious possibilities for the phenomenon, and was able to assure me there was no threat to either the structural integrity of the house or the cement slab foundation - and pretty much bottom-lined it, saying there's really nothing to worry about. I really appreciated Ken's easy-going demeanor, and sensed zero interest in him trying to sell me a repair service that wasn't needed. Ken is just an honest guy offering his experienced opinion - in no doubt, putting yet another homeowners' unwarranted concerns to rest. Would be nice If all companies sent inspectors who operated the same way as Ken.

To salvage the opportunity, the salesperson, Chris, texted me and offered to come the following day at noon instead, along with a 5% discount for the inconvenience. I rearranged my schedule twice to accommodate them during what was already an exceptionally difficult time, as I was preparing to say goodbye to my 16-year-old dog that weekend. Chris did arrive on Friday as promised, but a week has now passed and I have received neither a bid nor any follow-up communication from anyone at the company. Shortly after the appointment, their Thumbtack profile was also removed or hidden. While I can't say why, the timing was odd, as it prevented me from leaving a review on the platform where we originally connected. I've uploaded screenshots with this review documenting the interaction, including Chris's last-minute cancellation, his offer of a 5% discount, and the Thumbtack notification showing the company was no longer available on the platform. If reliability, communication, and follow-through are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This included removing 2 structures weight bearing walls which included steel beams and structural footings. Relocating a gas fireplace and ac return unit. Moving plumbing, gas lines and electrical to accommodate moving the entire kitchen, adding electrical panels, and going through 2 stories. He also redid the balcony, laid poured additional concrete and came up with a creative awning for our bifold window. Dror is truly a partner in the process. He cares about you as his client and you being satisfied is his number one priority. He answered every call, resolved every issue and was always positive. I felt confident along the way that everything would be exactly as I imagined. I did work with a designer and brought in a few of my own subs and Dror made this seamless. He always went above and beyond even sending the electrician to check on our internet issue when were out of the country. Highly recommend you reach out to him if you need a contractor.

I also need to mention that I am extremely nitpicky and highly detailed, but Dror never once got annoyed with my texts or calls. It was a shiplap wall with a 10' shelf. Although a smaller project he tackled it in the same way he does every job - with precision to detail on every aspect. Our last project was a 10' wall with lower cabinets as well as 2' upper cabinets on the left and right leaving area in the middle to accommodate a large tv. Steve is a true craftsman that is proficient in his skills and gives 100% to each job. We highly recommend Steve.

He had to figure out how to how to make the six tall shelf sections (12-1/2' high sloping down to 8') follow an unevenly sloping ceiling while dealing with a wall surface (13-1/2' long) that was not necessarily flat or square. But he did it, and from the pictures you can see that he did it with beauty and style! If you have an easy or difficult job, Steve will make sure it's done well and done right. We would never call anyone else.

They had completely different quotes. I ended up going with legacy, because they were better communicators than their pricing was much more affordable. The gentleman who fixed the fence spoke little English and mostly Spanish. We were able to make it work and I am happy with the result.
