Terrible Lifeguards working here. I would be cautious taking a child here who can't swim…read more Today, there were 5 lifeguards and none of them saw a boy significantly drowning/cannot swim. Did any of them help? Nope... It's like they didn't even see a child right in the middle of the pool screaming for help. Luckily, I walked up when this was happening and saw the boy drowning, and jumped in to save him. He was very shook and still none ever came to check on the drowning kid. What are these lifeguards doing? Is it just a show or can they seriously help a drowning person? This is ridiculous. Other than this BIG experience that happened today, the grounds are clean but they need more tables and chairs around the pool areas. And actually making sure the lifeguards are doing their responsibility.

They poop almost everywhere you look and the staff does not seem to be bother by it at all as they just seemed to leave it laying there... Also I have been here a few different tines to play pickleball! Yes I know I'm one of thoooose people that is judgy about a pickleball court and blah blah blah. But hey this is Yelp! Courts were clean, very minimal traffic on the courts and never a wait since you get to reserve the court. Resident has to reserve the court and guest pay $5. Flys and mosquitos are a problem here especially at night. (Yes because of the giant lake next to the courts) but again, staff seems to be doing very little to fix these inconveniences to guests. Some good and some bad but overall it depends what you're looking for when coming here. Day time pickleball and swimming, absolutely. Night time pickleball and weddings, probably not.

Access to the pool and center are for residents only. HOA recently in the last few or several years, updated the entire pool area from the floors, showers, bathrooms, outdoor seating, etc. They've added four cabana like sections, an outdoor fireplace and wall with a water feature. It is much more aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable since the upgrade. The left side of the community center, there are two outdoor grills which require your key fob to operate. In this section you'll also find the kitchen sink. The counter tops are spacious and generous for prepping. Next to the bbq grills are stairs for the second floor outdoor patio with additional seating. Restrooms are of course downstairs which also require a key fob. I love that the bathrooms are clean and has a bench for you to place your belongings while getting dressed. Now on to the clubhouse. I have personally never been inside in all my years here, so I cannot speak about that part. Overall for my family, especially the kids, we give this pool a 5 out of 5. We love that there is a kiddie pool that always has warm water, a large jacuzzi and large pool. There is plenty of space for lounging and it feels like a cool place to hang on those hot summer days.

The way he interacts with children, motivates them while keeping classes silly and fun, is truly impressive. The company itself is also incredibly helpful. My daughter had a broken leg that prevented her from swimming, and the team helped us put our lessons on pause without forfeiting her recurring slot with Maxim, and even refunded us for her missed lesson the weekend prior. We've been incredibly happy with our time at Waterworks, both the customer service and professionalism of all the staff, as well as the skills Maxim helped our daughter learn.

Stayed here overnight and this hotel does NOT disappoint!…read more I came here a couple years earlier for an overnight stay, just like this trip I went on. Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say. They have events for the holidays and socials as well. The workers are all really friendly and remember us every time we come by. The child care services are convenient for us to work out or hang out and get some work done. Our kid loves the staff,except for one person, but all the rest are amazing. The only thing, I wish they had a track or allowed us to run around the building while our kid is at the child care. Treadmills are tough for me. I tried the facial services too and the esthetician was great. She recommended some treatments and it was quite relaxing.
