We weren't equipped to make the necessary modifications cutting through tile and countertop. I called Julio, described the problem. He came right out, viewed the problem and gave us estimate before starting, which we found very reasonable. He proceeded with the work right away. He said he could do the repair but need monies for the parts up front. To the tune of approximately $500. Yikes! But we needed a freezer. A short time later he said he had the ice maker but none of the other parts. He then ceased all communications. We reached out to credit card company and disputed the expense, inasmuch as we had received neither repairs nor communications. GoodFellas had the audacity to challenge that dispute! Bottom line: of they get the work done, well and good but if they ask for monies in advance: beware, their ethics are on a sliding scale.
