Literally any other mover will be better…read more We spoke with Steven a few months before our move to get a detailed estimate and scheduled a pick-up date. He seemed professional and helpful--until the day of the move, which turned out to be an absolutely horrible experience. He hired third-party movers who were originally scheduled for the afternoon, but instead, they arrived late, after 8 PM, in a U-Haul truck, and did not finish until after midnight. They were completely unprepared--no tools or equipment--and didn't have a truck large enough for all our belongings. Once they arrived, they re-quoted us for nearly $1,300 more than the original estimate, and only part of our belongings fit on the truck. Upon delivery a few weeks later, we were told the day before that the truck was "too big" to fit on our street, despite having confirmed with our building in advance. The third-party company charged an additional fee and held our belongings until it was paid. We paid extra for wrapping, but nothing was wrapped. Our couch was destroyed, wood furniture completely scratched, and many items are still missing. Steven has been unhelpful throughout this process, and we have been going back and forth for four months trying to get an update on our insurance claim, that he just denied because I left this review, and additional false accusations, even though we had a signed contract that included insurance.

They were very…read moreefficient, and the move only took about 4 hours both times (as opposed to a whole day when doing it with yourself and friends!). They will come to your place first to do an estimate. Then they will drop off boxes and packing tape. On the day of the move, they provide wardrobe boxes, so you can just hang your clothes on hangers. It saves a lot of time because you don't need to fold and pack them. Just hang them up, and you are done! These 2 moves were the easiest I have ever done (and I've moved a lot!). I highly recommend their service for your moving needs!

In case moving isn't already stressful enough, Shane and Chris will add to your frustrations by showing up more than two hours late, and not bothering to let you know until 30 mins after they were supposed to start the job. I ask for a call or text when they're on their way (because I couldn't just wait around for them for two hours), and then they call once they're at the home. So I fly up to the house to meet them in less than 15 minutes to find they left to take their lunch break without any communication. When they did finally show up, they spent the entire 50 mins of work whining and complaining about the weight of my furniture and the tight packing of my POD (that was completed by real professionals). Repeatedly asked me if there was anything glass or breakable in boxes so they could just apathetically toss stuff around and carelessly arrange it. Uhhhh, how about you treat someone else's property like it's all fragile/breakable/important to the paying customer?!? What a profound concept. They didn't smartly arrange the space we had to store our property. If they weren't whining about the weight, they were whining that they had to make it all fit in a one car garage. Thankfully it won't be stored long, otherwise I'd be having to find new professionals to fix their mess. Finally, on the last piece of furniture, they decide to bust out a small dolly. It's not your customer's fault if you choose to do things unergonomically, unsafely, and irresponsibly. They then demanded that they still be paid in full despite their inability to follow through on our original agreement, putting me under a very stressful time crunch due to their excessive tardiness. They wanted to claim they'd cut me a deal for my future moving needs, but that is such a laughable prospect, I couldn't even bring myself to acknowledge such a ridiculous suggestion. Why would I ever ask for help from people who don't respect my time, my property, or my finances, and spent the whole 50 mins complaining about the job they were overpaid to do?? JOKES! Maybe they should take the more than double pay they didn't earn and invest in some professional equipment. Unfortunately, professionalism, courtesy, and the most basic level of service standards can't be purchased.

We were stumbling so badly that we caught the eye of some movers that just happened to be loading up a truck in front of our neighbors house. These movers saw 3 young ladies struggling with this table then proceeded to yell at us that we were "doing it wrong" in wonderful Irish accents. These 2 men stopped what they were doing to help us carry the table down our 12-step staircase with humorously begrudging flare while saying that we should leave a review in lieu of payment. I have moved with this company three times and I will choose them every time I can in the future…read more They are super efficient and ready to knock the job out as quickly as possible. My husband and I are excellent packers so when the crew (usually just two guys) shows up we are ready to start moving boxes to the truck. We carry a lot of the boxes, ourselves to speed up the process and reduce our costs due to hourly pricing. I think the price for this company is pretty hard to beat and we've had a really good experience every time with no damage to any of our belongings. Their office staff is also extremely accommodating and professional. I recommend them to anyone I know.
