The experience was fine until I returned the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed the…read moretank was only 13/16 full, which I noted in the notes and upload pictures as proof during the initial inspection process through U-Haul. Before I returned the vehicle, I filled the tank to 14/16 full, which was more than what the car had when I got it earlier that morning. I mentioned this to the store clerk when I returned the vehicle to make sure that I wouldn't be charged for gas. Later that night I was emailed the receipt, and I noticed that I was charged a liter of gas at their rate of $6.26. Not only that, but they charged me for 49 miles of driving, when I calculated the entire route to be 37 miles, at $.89/mile, they charged e for 49 miles driven, which is a overcharge of 12 miles for $10.68 for miles I never drove and $6.25 for gas that I didn't use, for a grand total of $16.93 for a $135.34 rental (14.3% overcharge!!) I then went on Yelp and Google and saw a plethora of similar complaints for dishonest and unethical business practices. I came to this place for it's convenient location, but I won't be returning. Avoid it like the plague. Update: I filed a complaint with U-Haul corporate, and the next morning I received a refund for the fuel charge. No refund for extras miles put on the vehicle. People: report to corporate if your feel you've been charged extra, and always takes lots of photos as evidence!

They made it VERY easy and the price was VERY affordable. They performed the whole thing for me in under 10 minutes for start to finish. I was very grateful for the fast friendly guy who helped me. I gave him a document to notarize. He asked where the rest was. Omitting details for brevity, but I explained myself. He immediately escalated by asking why I was being difficult. I disagreed with the premise and pointed out that I was literally holding *all* papers out for him to grab. Instead of noticing and focusing on the actual task/service, he was more interested on "winning". I turned around and was bummed we didn't have an audience. Very similar things have happened in the past when I've asked simple questions and he just creates friction and unavoidable conflict. Hate to be an armchair psychologist but this delusional man - operating under the guise of charm - needlessly turns basic interactions (e.g. "just dropping off, where do I put this box?" or "hey can you help me with this label issue?") into degrading, gaslight-ey situations claiming the opposite of the the objective, visible truth while it is happening. Pattern behavior, not a one-off instance. Passable place if you don't need to interact? ‍

So here is my review i visit this place three times before, and each time they were amazing even on the phone when i asked many questions: they didn't cut me off. I don't know the young girls name? but it was the same girl i spoke to on the phone because i gave her my name and she was extremely nice to me in the store. So yesterday i went here the fourth time, but since the parking sucks here i stayed in the car my cousin took the big box in for me, one it was too heavy for me to carry inside. He was out within 5 minutes even though there was four people ahead of him that's how fast they are customer service is amazing very helpful. So if you live in the neighborhood or even if you don't come to this UPS Store because sometimes Amazon won't take returns or even whole foods. So just to save some time you are better off coming here. That way to have the rest of your day to enjoy, lol. Thanks for the easy RETURN and great service to the young girls I've dealt with in the past 12 months. I would definitely be back if Amazon and whole foods gives me the WRONG INFORMATION and wasting my TIME!lol The store is very clean and they have so many different types of boxes you might need and anything else you might not have at ur house or forgot to buy at Target or even the dollar store, lol. Just get it here at one place! Thanks for reading my review. ~Lizzie~ :)

Ripoff USPS shipping label print out! With this one you're in one star!…read more Currently I cannot print at home as a replacement part for my printer is on the way. Returning an item to Amazon I needed to print the shipping label but could not do so. While I had the label on my phone screen I figured maybe the store can quickly printed out. The clerk said yes they would but it cost $4.30! WTF? What? $0.30 for the paper and $4.00 for the printing. Would they have said that it cost $1.pp to do so I would have done it. But not $4.30! (which is over 50% of the item value being returned) So I went back and I chose the Amazon option to mail a printed label. Amazon charges $1.00 and I get it in the next couple of days in the mail.
