Review for services provided November 2017; I'd lived in the apartment since 2007, and having moved 42 times in my life, had vowed to stay there the rest of my life. After ten years of paying our rent on time and maintaining the apartment as though it were my own, my landlord decided that he wanted his wife to take over our apartment. I'd thought that if I paid my rent on time and took care of the place that I would never have to move again, that I would grow old there, and now I had to try to find a place to live, again. I've had Red and her crew of friendly and extremely strong women pack up my home twice now in the past 4 years. This last time around, I also used them to help me unpack in my new location. Overall, I would say that Pack Attack are the best packers around. I truly felt that they cared about my most precious items, my art, and that I didn't need to worry about a thing. A couple of glasses and maybe a vase ended up getting broken while they were unpacking, but I really think that stuff just happens sometimes. I own a large amount of fragile items, and really 99.9% of my belongings were in perfect condition because of how well they were packed in the first place. I emailed Red in bit of a panic 2 days before i was due to move house - had been totally overly ambitious in thinking i would be able to get a lot more packing done despite having 2 young kids at home! Was very lucky that she was able to fit me in last minute and she came with 2 other ladies to pack up a lot of my stuff (esp kitchen stuff!) on a Saturday morning. They packed up everything in our house with great care and attention to detail and then unpacked after our move. The packing is wonderful - they accomplished in one day what would have taken me weeks to get done - but it is during the unpacking that this group will wow you. They fanned out across the house, finding places for things, organizing closets, making beds, setting out pictures, and trying to make each room as finished as it could be. At this point in my life, I am SO done with packing and moving myself. However, I am a bit of a neat freak and I like my stuff not just packed carefully but in way that makes sense and makes for quick and easy unpacking. For this particular move, unpacking quickly was especially important because we rented shipping crates instead of cardboard boxes so since they were picking up the crates a few days after the move, we couldn't dilly-dally. Red and crew packed up my house exactly the way I would have packed it in about a tenth of the time and we were able to unpack easily in plenty of time to return the crates.
