I've been working with Sam and this lab for years. I generally keep them a secret because I don't want others to gain this level of lab work. Their professionalism, and expertise is unparalleled. I receive the best lab work from them and it's consistently good. Even cases that are questionable and I'm expecting to need to alter work perfect. I delivered a set of really unsure veneers last week in which I forgot to take a stump shade or picture. The patient was a very very high end patient (my closest friend). The patient was prepared to make multiple trips to the lab but none were needed. The veneers went on perfectly and looked fantastic. If the patient does need to visit the lab, they always come back impressed and usually prepared to do more than expected. Sam's artistic genius completely transformed my smile! My ear-to-ear grin shrank over 7 years ago when an accident resulted in a broken front tooth. As the years crept by my automatic reaction to emotion would be to cover my mouth -self conscious of my poorly shaded and shaped crown. Cautious of making matters worse I hesitated acting on the aesthetics but when my gums started rejecting the crown I knew It had to be replaced. In my search for the best solution I learned of Sam's expertise in custom shading. During our initial meeting he expressed concerns that it would be difficult to match the translucency of my other teeth. Even with the color shading dilemma Sam seemed excited to take on the challenge. I can't imagine how much time and careful precision went into crafting that tooth- he actually made me two crowns out of different materials to see which one looked better. The hours Sam devoted became more evident during a second visit to his lab involving volumes of photos and adjusting the tooth shade. A week later when my dentist handed me the mirror after he placed my new tooth I saw nature restored- my mouth as it had been before the accident-my huge smile emerged! Thank you, Sam!
