I have always hated going to the dentist until I started coming to California Smile. I don't think I can ever go to another dentist office now because it will not be as good as California Smile. I typically see Dr. Son for routine cleanings and/or fillings. He is always friendly and honest, but not mean about it. I feel comfortable when I get my teeth cleaned and my teeth/gums feel great after my appointments. I recently started Invisalign and I see Dr. Pham for Invisalign related stuff. She is very sweet and explains everything. The process has been smooth so far thanks to Dr. Pham. Wayne is the office manager and he is a cool guy. I love this place. Dr Pham is so helpful and knowledgeable of what she does. I'm currently doing the Invisalign and I couldn't imagine doing that by myself at home as advertised on TV. I first came to this dentistry when my front tooth cap came off. Remember that song," I'll never smile again." That was me. I was able to make an appointment on a Saturday. Dr. Pham was so accomodating, and I thought that since this was a Saturday emergency appointment, this would cost an arm and leg, but it did not. It was very reasonable. Love this office. All the staff, hygienests, and dentists I've interacted with have been great. Wayne, the main front desk receptionist & payment/insurance coordinator/scheduler & general office manager is very easy going and nice to work with. And they all respect their patients enough to practice covid & communicable disease control, always wearing their masks, keeping things clean and orderly, and insisting all patients remain masked until the last minute when mouth work is to begin. The office is always clean, modern, and pleasant. Dr. Pham, my dentist here, is very patient and concerned with patient safety and comfort. She also does really good, thorough cleanings. As well, I have never felt Dr. Pham is just trying to find bogus or marginal work to make extra money (which some dentists do at your increased risk and often undermining your long-term dental integrity and potentially risking your overall health). Honesty, integrity, and genuine patient concern (along with competency, of course) are some of the absolute most important qualities of any medical doctor... so thank you Dr. Pham!
