When I asked if there was a pool net available, I was told the hotel did not have one on site. The front desk associate was kind enough to borrow a net from another Marriott, and I ended up cleaning the pool myself because she was the only employee working the front desk. Additionally, the elevator shook noticeably each time it reached a floor before the doors opened, which raised concerns about its condition. I understand the challenges that come with being understaffed, but after spending nearly $1,000 on my stay, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. I chose not to complain during my visit because the staff was doing their best, but I felt it was important to share this feedback so these issues can be addressed.
