Service was incredibly rude (he drove so fast and cut curves so close that I thought the side where my tire wasn't tied down was going to bounce off, he insisted that the garage I was going to didn't exist, and he seemed generally annoyed that he had to tow my car). He also charged my account before telling me what he was charging. When asked at the time what the charge covered, he said it was automatically calculated. The garage I towed to was surprised at how rude this person was to me, his inability to follow a simple instruction on where to place my car, and floored by the cost, especially after finding out it was only seven miles! This was a very disappointing interaction. The bill was not itemized and when questioned about the cost a few days later, I was told they could charge whatever they want. My family and I have used this company for towing services since the early 1990s. Not any more. I'm keeping their card in my car with a note to specifically not use them (that same card I've had for decades and that has moved from car to car!).

My call was answered and my amazing rescuer was at my house 20 minutes later, as promised . With amazing customer service and a calm and confident attitude, my car was opened. The driver was super nice, managed to magically get her to restart but both he and his boss didn't want to leave me should anything happen again. He led me to the closest gas station where she died again waiting to turn in. The driver hooked her up, brought me to the pump. We decided to try fuel (despite there being no fuel light on and the gauge showing gas). After putting $20 in, she started running again- the driver checked the dash and THEN the light came on. Long story short, I have a faulty gauge or fuel sensor- but the customer service they provided was top notch! They truly care for their customers - and I immensely appreciated their willingness to stay with me and ensure I wasn't left stranded somewhere. Being new to the area I have no clue where anything is, so they even went as far as to recommend a diesel mechanic just in case. I'd highly recommend this company to anybody in their area if they find themselves in need. Hopefully I won't require their services again, but if I do I will gladly give them a call and my service. The price was competitive with the market but their response time and ability to get to us faster than anyone else made standing out in the cold all that much easier. Within twenty minutes they arrived and after another five we were in the house. Jamal, was professional, and took care not to damage my door. He explained the process and how he would damage the weather stripping if he were to use the air wedge. I really appreciated that considering it's freezing outside and it was just installed. So, Jamal picked the lock, and after explained a few other issues I had been having with deadbolt. He offered to fix it, but provided advice on how to do it myself should I decide not to use his service. The guy was awesome and I'll use his service again should I find myself locked out of my car, my house or for my deadbolt.
