This is my first time getting food delivered. I ordered the turkey burger with baked sweet potato fries and a lentil soup. The food was warm, the turkey burger was wrapped as if it was leftovers, iceberg lettuce that was brown. The shit fell apart in my hands. The overall presentation was horrible 20$ down the drain. I had to try this place after hearing about it from a coworker... Unfortunately, as I unwrapped my wrap, there was some type of bug crawling across it. I know things happen regardless of where you go but it gets better... I tell the girl at the desk and she says "maybe it flew on there when you opened it." Good selection of healthier fare that you can order. Food is consistent and that's a good thing. I usually order the pasta primavera that comes with grilled chicken - always a go to for me when I'm in a pinch for lunch or dinner. I've been a fan of this place for over a year now. My favorite wrap here is the Bison Fajita Wrap.....amazing. They also offer Ostrich if you're a seeker of something different. One of the rare places on Staten Island where I can get a healthy meal, smoothie or wrap. It's also very clean which is a major deal breaker for me. The food is delicious, fairly priced and quickly served. My only objection is the excessive styrofoam they use to serve the food. I limit my visits here because I am environmentally conscientious and responsible. I wish they used paper plates or some other alternative styrofoam option. This is a major concern for me. read more

My go-to place for lunch and/or take out. Majority of the time, this is a great healthy spot that serves awesome wraps. Last time, I was a little upset at the dryness of my grilled chicken and sometimes they do forget the sauce, but they are good enough to keep me coming back for more. Favorites: Chris's Special, BBQ Turkey burger deluxe wrap, Chicken and broccoli wrap. PS. Went to call it a wrap and ordered the baked ziti with chicken- paid 11$ for warmed up pasta. The pasta was old and gross. I order from call it a wrap a lot but I only get smoothies. The smoothies are good but eating their for the first time really turned me off. Now I'm skeptical about this store and won't be returning. Great for a quick lunch. Call ahead. Sometimes I feel like I wait long for my lunch if I don't call ahead and I am not ordering something that needs to be cooked. I ordered a few of the large chicken noodle and chicken vegetable containers and they were all the same, extremely salty, which was very disappointing. I live in the neighborhood but today was the first time I went to Call It A Wrap - - going a long with my New Year's resolution to eat healthy. I ordered the grilled chicken on salad with advacodo to go. I couldn't believe how much chicken was on the salad; it was perfectly grilled and flavorful. The raspberry vinaigrette dressing on the side was delicious; the salad greens and other vegetables were fresh and plentiful. I'll be visiting Call IT A Wrap more often and trying out other items on their menu. read more

I went to this place because of what I read on Yelp, now here is my review. The place is good. I had the buffalo Parm wrap. It was juicy and had great flavor and it wasn't too greasy. I wouldn't call it health food though. Both the employees were really nice and I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. The only downside to me was I thought it was a little pricey for what you got. Six bucks for a relatively small wrap is a little on the steep side. I will definitely go back again. read more

I've been ordering from this place for years, and it is really nice to have a healthier alternative to order from. Flavors are usually pretty good, every now and then a wrap wont be the best quality but I can rely on them, and have for years, for good clean food. My only complaint is I wish they offered tofu or a meat substitute. I'm a vegetarian and I've given up on the eggplant wrap, it's probably the only thing that is never stellar. I would be so happy if I could get a tofu/non meat caesar wrap, or a tofu/non meat parm wrap. I would probably order even more often if that was an option. I think its something to consider, if people are trying to eat healthier, odds are some of them are going to be vegetarians. read more

Me and my friend ordered two bison parm wraps. The menu on allmenus.com had them priced at $7.00 each. When the driver arrived the order came to $25.00. Of course, I asked how much the wraps were, and the driver told me they were $11.00 each. This was a problem because we only had $23.00 between us. Of course, we thought this would be no problem at $7.00 each. So, I called the restaurant back and informed them of what just happened. I assumed they would just give me the advertised price as a courtesy, and I would know for next time to inquire about the current price before completing my order. However, they basically told me too bad the menu isn't up to date. I informed the girl on the phone I would have to send my order back. Directly there after, I received a call from the owner yelling at me. She told me that it wasn't right to waste her money. I have been going to Call It a Wrap for years because it is so close to my house. Their smoothies (Soy Berry my favorite) are good and fast. However, I cannot say the same about their service for food. Every time I order, no matter what time of the day and whether it is over the phone or in person I wait an extremely long time. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a "quick" lunch or grabbing something on the go.
