And they were very quick. They did not open every vent as I thought they would. Some were just cleaned on the outside and vacuumed. Some of the vents they claimed were for smoke and others just had a lot of air so they literally just cleaned out a couple of actual vents and had one large vacuum in the major vent. And they did not touch any of my bathroom fans, even though they were extremely dirty . I do think I was definitely overcharged but at the same time it's the holidays so I hope they enjoy that money and actually give it back to the employees that do the work.

I purchased the house May 7 and Kyle came out on Aug 10. A total scam. I called for ductwork cleaning only after purchasing the home on May 7, 2026. Kyle came out and said that I needed an entire new AC unit and that the ductwork in the attic didn't look good. The total cost is over 26k and the bandaid fix was 2,500. Look story short, had 2 other companies come out and it was a $200 part that needed to be replaced. Everything else looked fine. Please do your research and stay away from this company.
