They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

Omar and came out after having my blower motor go out on my Bosch Unit, I called another local a/c…read morecompany who cancelled my appointment due to not being experienced to work on bosch. I called legacy and spoke to them about my situation. They had a tech call me to go further in depth to make sure they assigned me the right tech, especially being Bosch. Omar was dispatched and immediately did his general inspections once arriving. Then he went into the attic where he started doing his diagnostics and found out the blower motor itself was dead even though proper voltage was being sent to it. (Common with Bosch units). After just owning this new home for 2 months, Omar was able to help with cost of the repair from the unit and work out with our independent home warranty to get the job done right. Omar was very thorough and explained and answered questions I had in regards to the parts and a/c unit, I appreciate his honesty and going out to get our blower motor and return to complete the job on our intricate bosch unit. I purchased the house May 7 and Kyle came out on Aug 10. A total scam. I called for ductwork cleaning only after purchasing the home on May 7, 2026. Kyle came out and said that I needed an entire new AC unit and that the ductwork in the attic didn't look good. The total cost is over 26k and the bandaid fix was 2,500. For a 1500 square-foot and 800 square-foot home I was given a price of $800 cash. I do think that they charged me too much but the gentlemen who did the work were nice enough. And they were very quick. They did not open every vent as I thought they would. Some were just cleaned on the outside and vacuumed. Some of the vents they claimed were for smoke and others just had a lot of air so they literally just cleaned out a couple of actual vents and had one large vacuum in the major vent. And they did not touch any of my bathroom fans, even though they were extremely dirty . I do think I was definitely overcharged but at the same time it's the holidays so I hope they enjoy that money and actually give it back to the employees that do the work.
