He got under the truck to examine due to a small puddle of oil. He confirmed it was clearly not a "loose oil drain bolt" and stated it was obvious to anyone the leak was a bigger issue; possibly to do with the oil pan due to the amount of oil throughout the undercarriage. They did state the issue would be looked into and fixed prior to taking ownership of the truck but were clear it couldn't be looked at or addressed the "same day" as the mechanic location down the street had just shut down for the day and everyone had left. So this claim that it was fixed the same day is highly suspect and further leads me to believe this is a dishonest business. Either they lied about being able to look at it while I was there or they are lying about fixing the issue the same day. Being we are confident it wasn't a drain plug issue, you the reader of this, can do the math. As I stated, due to the issues I did start with a very low out the door offer of $30k, which the owner points out but does not mention the fact they came back stating the full price plus all costs...I countered with an offer of $35k out the door and was brushed off. At that point I asked if they had any intention on negotiating the price wherein I was told what I outlined in my original review. All of this aside, there is no excuse, and not shockingly no apology, for running my credit prior to any negotiations taking place. I hope this review saves at least one other person from making the mistake of doing business at this location.

We came in on a Wednesday evening looking for a particular vehicle in stock - a used vehicle to be exact. Unfortunately we got there too late, it was no longer available. We came in with a budget for a used 2023 Rav4 and walked out with a great deal on a 2025 Rav4 XLE Premium. Daniel was helpful, accommodating, and made the process seamless. Definitely recommend asking for him if you plan to purchase a new vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

Over 3 hours with appointment for Toyota care check up and oil change. Then I asked the front desk after waiting hours, ask a young lady about my status of the car and she gave me an additude and was not really helpful. I went to speak to adviser and he said another hour or so. Of course they did not find any issues. Even though my android auto keeps crashing and screen goes black while driving. I am going to have to reach out to Toyota directly and submit my proof and get this fixed. I can hear another customer complaining and they are trying so hard to upsale her on servcie when she is upset already. I ended up waiting over 6 hours even with appointment. Around 12pm they say I have wait another 2 hours more due to a glitch they just found out after hours of having my car. Hmmm... i ended up picking up my car around after 3pm total of over 6 hours of waiting to get a oil change is a bit much and then the front desk lady giving me an additude did not help with this review at all. Ridiculous. One star for the service guy being nice. Otherwise .negative star would be more like it. But, I can't justify the service here for my overall experience and don't want give a bad review. But have to be honest about reviews. I am very surprised because normally I had good experience here overall before. MAYBE A BAD visit. This is 2nd time babd experience in my last 2 visits. Hopefully this is not how it is here now. Went downhill in service and treatment towards customers.

I came all the way from Canoga Park just to check it out and ended up putting the down payment that day. the car ran like it was entirely new with not even 23k miles. he even offered to help check my car entirely my car once it was payed off no cost to me.
