    Paint peeling again...

    I brought my Toyota Corolla to this dealership at the end of 2023 for a Toyota paint recall repair. The paint was peeling, and the dealership repainted the affected areas, including the trunk. Less than two years later, the paint is peeling again in the exact same locations. Proper automotive paint work does not fail this quickly unless it was done incorrectly. When I noticed the paint failing again, I called the dealership three separate times and left messages for the manager, Jose. None of my calls were returned. I was completely ignored until I contacted Toyota corporate. Only then did Jose finally return my call about a week later. I was told the recall had "expired," which is irrelevant. This is not a new issue. It is their paint work failing in the same areas they already repaired. Jose told me to bring the car in so it could be evaluated. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and was told it would be taken to the body shop and that I would be updated. Instead, I received a voicemail stating that the body shop claims they never painted my trunk. That is simply not true. The trunk is exactly where the paint failed the first time and where it is failing again now. The dealership is now denying that they even did the work, despite the fact that this was recall-covered paint work that should have been documented. This feels like an attempt to avoid responsibility rather than stand behind their own repair. To make matters worse, when the recall repair was originally done, they kept my car for two full weeks and did not provide a loaner vehicle. What is most disappointing is not just the poor paint job. It is the complete lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism once the dealership decided there was no longer money to be made. If you are considering this dealership for recall or warranty work, understand this. When something goes wrong later, you may be met with silence and denial instead of support.

    I bought a new Tacoma with Jose. He's one of my favorite salesman I have ever worked with. He helped me get the price I was looking for and I didn't have to play any of the traditional dealership games. His communication was also spot on.

    I made appointment here at 8:45am got here early for my appointment about 10mins and waitied until Noon (3 plus hours) and still have not worked on my vehicle. Over 3 hours with appointment for Toyota care check up and oil change. Then I asked the front desk after waiting hours, ask a young lady about my status of the car and she gave me an additude and was not really helpful. I went to speak to adviser and he said another hour or so. Of course they did not find any issues. Even though my android auto keeps crashing and screen goes black while driving. I am going to have to reach out to Toyota directly and submit my proof and get this fixed. I can hear another customer complaining and they are trying so hard to upsale her on servcie when she is upset already. I ended up waiting over 6 hours even with appointment. Around 12pm they say I have wait another 2 hours more due to a glitch they just found out after hours of having my car. Hmmm... i ended up picking up my car around after 3pm total of over 6 hours of waiting to get a oil change is a bit much and then the front desk lady giving me an additude did not help with this review at all. Ridiculous. One star for the service guy being nice. Otherwise .negative star would be more like it. But, I can't justify the service here for my overall experience and don't want give a bad review. But have to be honest about reviews. I am very surprised because normally I had good experience here overall before. MAYBE A BAD visit. This is 2nd time babd experience in my last 2 visits. Hopefully this is not how it is here now. Went downhill in service and treatment towards customers.

    Came in to see what cars were on the lot and ended up buying a car. I was shopping for a new car and just wanted to see what they had and also to physically see in-person the cars. I did a lot of research on the computer but had to see it in-person. I walked in to the building and Marcos helped me out. I told him I was interested in the Corolla Cross or the Rav4. What I liked was that he's a salesman, and didn't push me to buy or showed me other cars on the lot. I was solely interested in Corolla Cross or Rav4, it would have annoyed me if he tried to sell me other stuff that I was not interested in. There weren't any Rav4 XSE in the lot but when Marcos saw that there was one on the way to the dealership, I was able to reserve one. I put $500 refundable deposit and the car arrived days later. Payment was really flexible. I didn't know they would only accept up to $5,000 in credit card and the rest in cash (check or equivalent). I didn't have the cash ready but they allowed me to pay the cash within couple days. Sam, the finance manager, was very helpful during the payment option. Initially I thought he's just trying to sell me all sorts of warranties so initially I declined all of them. But after hearing his explanation of the coverage and how much you're paying, it was a good investment to buy the warranties that he recommends. He was really looking out for the customers. Marcos, the sales rep, also explained to me all the features and the buttons. He said I can come back anytime if I need more help. Con: They provide full tank of gas and free car wash, however the car wash made car look worse than before the wash. there were lots of dried up water spots that was an eye sore. Also I added installation of catalytic converter cover (they charge $2,000 for this), still waiting for them to call me so they can install them. They do not install on the day of purchase since I just got put on the waitlist for the service. I talked to my friend who bought a prius and she said they included the cover free of charge. I felt that the sales people really take care of you and didn't felt pushed to buy other cars, or all sorts of accessories, etc.

    Dropped off Fri 6/12 at 8 am for recall and oil change/standard maintenance service. Picked up in the afternoon - didn't get two blocks before oil pressure warning light turned on then a full cycle of ALL warning lights including check engine light, system malfunction, hybrid malfunction. As you can imagine, I was pretty freaked out! Made a u turn back to the service area. Techs looked at the alarms and we turned it off. Another tech turned it on and immediately saw the warning lights and said that the car should not sound like that and we will keep it off. Popped the hood, checked the oil and he said there was no oil! Techs pushed the car to the back to get checked. I stood by the advisors' offices for 20 mins, watching the tech lay sand or whatever it is to absorb all the oil on the ground that was underneath the car and the trail as I drove in. I didn't get to talk to my advisor until about 20 minutes and he made excuses saying he didn't even know all of this was happening and that I was there. He walked off to find out what they were doing, came back saying they screwed up the oil change - oil filter ring(?) was cranked too hard and was cracked so all the oil leaked out. I sat in the waiting area for another 15 minutes or so and he came back saying it was fixed and they cleaned all the oil out. And oh, just for laughs, management offered to fill up my tank on my next service for the "inconvenience". This was not an inconvenience, it was DANGEROUS! I drove off and then popped the hood when I got to my driveway to see for myself. There was oil splashed all over the sides of the hood, windshield, the grate just under the windshield, under the car, on the splash guard and oil on my driveway. Called Erik immediately and drove the car back to the dealership. I showed Erik pictures of the parts we can see oil and he said they were going to have to do a car wash. What?! They couldn't even be bothered to clean it thoroughly the first time?! I left the car there overnight and will now pick it up. I've asked for a full documented report of everything that happened - who knows what kind of engine or other parts were damaged because of the incompetence and lack of care that was done to my 1.5 year old car! Absolutely unacceptable!! UPDATE: They scratched my car!

Recently, I needed to replace the evaporator core and expansion valve for my A/C, and the dealership quoted me almost twice what JAC did. Since it was such an expensive repair, I decided to give JAC a try, and I'm so glad I did. The first thing that impressed me was the size of the shop. They have multiple service bays, not just in the main area but in another section as well. More importantly, the customer service was outstanding. Whenever I called with a question, Kevin didn't have someone else relay the information--he got on the phone himself and kept me updated every step of the way. When the replacement part they received turned out to be defective, they handled it quickly and made it right without any hassle. Another thing I really appreciated was the complimentary rides to and from my home while my car was being repaired. Maria and Mario were both incredibly kind. Maria mentioned she had recently joined JAC after working as a parts driver for another company, and she had nothing but positive things to say about the people there, which spoke volumes to me. Then, over the weekend, while driving to Orange County and finally enjoying my cold A/C, I started hearing a strange wind noise coming from my convertible top. I thought maybe a seal had come loose, but when I got home and looked under the car, I discovered my engine splash shield had torn loose and was scraping the road.     5 stars all the way…read more After dealing with a frustrating experience at another repair shop, I brought my 2011 Audi Q5 to Pacific Tire Service Center and I'm so glad I did. Miguel and his team were incredibly thorough, honest, and professional from the start. I originally came in for a check engine light and rough driving issues, but during their inspection, they found additional problems that had been missed -- including failed suspension work and issues related to a previous oil leak repair. Miguel took the time to explain everything clearly, provided before and after photos, and even showed me the actual parts so I could fully understand what was going on. There was also a female mechanic there (I believe she may be one of the owners), and I absolutely loved her. She was knowledgeable, direct, and helped confirm concerns I had about previous repairs. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way instead of just taking your money. What I appreciated most was the honesty. They didn't try to upsell me or pressure me -- they gave me real information and helped me make the best decision for my car. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is hard, and this shop gave me peace of mind. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
