The operations manager took the time to talk with me, answer my questions, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. One thing that really stood out to me was the office itself. It was clean, organized, and honestly a lot nicer than I expected. You can tell they take pride in their company and the image they present. I also learned that not too long ago a tree fell into their office space which could have been a major setback seeing that they were able to keep moving forward continue growing, and even expand with another office in Tracy was really impressive. My son and three of his friends found themselves in a tough situation when they got into an accident, and one of their headlights was out. The officer arrived and, noticing their distress, took the time to assist them in fixing it so they could safely drive home. As a mother, it's terrifying to imagine your child stranded and vulnerable, especially in an unfamiliar and less-than-ideal area. Eric's communication was excellent throughout the day and the whole experience was beyond my expectations.
