If you attend this school, you will be ready for college and managing the issues involved with larger schools. It is imperative that students look for ways to self-advocate and imperative to get involved in clubs or other activities. Parents will need to be more involved to help with a 4-year plan to use the many options available at the school. The music program is excellent in all areas, choir, orchestra and band... the athletic opportunities are strong (although if you are a casual player, you may not make Varsity or JV)... the clubs can sometimes fill up too much and they have to have try-outs. It can be frustrating to be 'locked out' of an opportunity, but it is good learning for life in general. Best wishes as you choose high schools!

I have to mention to anybody moving in the Plainfield/ romeoville area concerned about the school curriculum and atmosphere- this school is :1.clean,2. Staff cares about students and 3. Bullying and violence is absolutely not tolerated here 4. Reason number 3 is not even a. Concern and that is because the students that go here are friendly and respectful and so are the staff.
