Our building has two condos with a small yard and a roof deck, and Jeff treated it as one unit and even went out of his way to spray the public space on either side of the building, to help control the mosquito boom. It's easy to set up an account and pay online, and if you're doing monthly appointments he is great about reminding you it's time to spray again. He also followed up a few weeks after the first time he sprayed because of our "unusual setup" to make sure that everything worked well. It used to be that we couldn't go outside for more than a minute, no hyperbole, without getting bitten up. Now we can have dinner on the patio! 5/13/2004 I have had a critter in my celing for about a…read moreweek. Nate came and did my inspection. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the different critters and their habits. I was impressed with how much he knew. He insured me that he could get the critter out and seal any place that any critter could get in. He also stated that they would clean and sanitize the area. All of this is backed by a lifetime warranty. For the price paid, I was happy to hear that there was a lifetime warranty. Jaydyn and Jack completed the work within 24 hours of the inspection. It looks as if they sealed off most of the places a critter could get in... except one. The critter was able to get in on the other side of the house. So, I guess I get to test out this lifetime warranty early. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day for them to come back and seal off the other side. I was able to speak to Jaydyn this time and he was really polite he assured me that they would do a thorough search with the camera and put up another one way door. I did not have to pay anything extra for this visit. So I guess the lifetime warranty works!. 5/20/2024 Finally, the critter seems to be out. Unfortunately, my house smells like urine where the critter was hiding. I called the company to let them know and was advised that it'll be about a week or two before anyone can come back out. They did an excellent job clearing off the leaves from my back yard and front yard. Unfortunately,…read moreall the leaves that were removed from the 1/2 acre of my back yard are now located in approximately 250 square feet of yard space in my front yard next to the driveway. Another 15 to 20 feet and the leaves would be in the woods, which is what was requested in writing on Facebook Instant Message and face to face before they started working. Rather than move the leaves another 20 feet in manageable portions, they opted to deposit all the leaves into the 250 square feet space directly next to the driveway. Now I have all the leaves and the heavy dirt and material that got blown along with the leaves piled 3 to 4 foot high right next to the driveway in the front yard. Rather than save me the work of leaf removal, they left me with a nightmare mess of removing all this in the Spring. The explanation I got from them was that there were stumps and vines in this 250 square feet area and the leaves and material was too deep and too heavy for their equipment to move. Well, that is certainly the case...NOW. Before they started there were very little leaves in this area and the leaves could easily have been moved another 20 feet into the wood line. If the additional 20 feet was going to be a problem because of stumps, vines or whatever, the time to say that was BEFORE they started.
