My husband was in need for some all white sneakers & when I say he is picky I mean it, so being that he loves Coach shoes we had to see if they had what he was looking for! The salesgirl was very pleasant & so helpful even though they were closing shortly after we arrived, my husband decided on two styles to try on. Thankfully the style that he preferred was the shoe that had his size & as he likes to say... it was meant to be, therefore must be bought!! Well my husband was leaving with a pair of shoes, therefore I had to find something for myself... sorry girls, now I was really thinking what did I want? I wasn't interested in a purse so I went for a wrap, I love wraps...I have to own a variety of wraps! I chose a wool/silk blend wrap, brown with the signature that they're known for! The wrap is a nice light weight with a nice sheen to it where you can see the signature in the fabric... love it! For coming into this store 30 minutes before closing we still received great service, thankfully because that can definitely make or break a sale! Then the next day I was completely blown away because I opened up my email & found that one of the Coach store associates, Ciselly wrote me to thank me for our visit to their store! I've never received such an email ever from Coach & I used to shop @ the main Coach @ The Falls in Miami not the outlet! TJ Maxx has always been hit or miss for me. sometimes you find exactly what you need and sometimes there's absolutely nothing there. This was one of those times where there was absolutely nothing for me to pick up. I had a quick lookover at the dresses and I found a few cute pieces but unfortunately not in my size. I don't know why but the clientele seemed a bit aggressive. Relax! It's just a dress or a pair of jeans! I got a strange vibe off of some folks here. The staff were friendly though so no complaints. Prices are similar to other TJ Maxx's. I thought the selection would be a bit better since this is Scottsdale but I didn't see a thing that was worth jumping on.
