When I questioned the inconsistency, I was simply told, "That's our policy," with no further explanation or willingness to help. I completely understand having standards, but those standards should apply consistently to both what you accept and what you put out for customers to purchase. This location is an absolute joke. The customer service was just as disappointing as the experience itself. I will never be back and definitely would not recommend this location.

The service they provide is second to none in the retail industry. I was in the store trying to find a last minute dress for my 5yr old's school dance, and ended up finding hidden gems, one after another! Styles that I fell in love with, and hadn't seen anywhere else. You can absolutely see how much care is taken when accepting items to buy or trade, they uphold solid standards, which I really appreciate. The prices are very fair, specially due to the quality they accept and you can tell prices are not marked up unnecessarily. I noticed several customers, much like myself, happen upon the store and making comments on how they'd never known it was there and were thrilled with their finds! We retraced her steps for that day and made calls. NICOLE answered our call and asked security type questions for identity and we determined that my elderly Mothers iPad was probably the one in "lost and found." I drove to store at 9:30pm and again proved my identity and retrieved lost iPad. My Mom was so relieved. Thank you.

From the moment we walked in, the staff at Columbia made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We asked for help with a jacket, and Bryce was more than happy to jump in. He went out of his way to find the perfect sizes and the best deals for us, all with such a positive and genuine attitude. It was clear he truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. We were so impressed that while waiting in line, we waved him over to ask if we could share our appreciation with a manager... only to find out he was the manager--which honestly made perfect sense The kindness didn't stop there--the cashier, Ashton, was just as warm, helpful, and attentive. It really felt like the whole team was working together to create such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. In a world where exceptional customer service can feel rare, this was such a refreshing and appreciated experience. We left feeling genuinely taken care of and will absolutely be back again soon.
