Beware! 1.Service call of $150 not deducted from the…read moreservice or hours spent on the job , instead applied on top of the bill. 2. Changing light bulb is $45 each on 15 ft ceiling, if you have many of them it adds up. EXCLUDING the bulb cost. 3. None of this insane changes disclosed before the job is done. 4. Changed light switch and it stopped working on the same evening. So he asked me to pay $900 USD for changing 8 light bulb and replacing 1 switch (that already broke). We managed to negotiate it down to $600. Absolute rip off. I will be checking if he has a Florida license and certainly report his business if he doesn't. In Florida handyman must have valid licenses in order to do any electrical work like replacing electrical switches and to perform any work over $500. Need to add that just a few minutes after posting this review we received threats from Manny that he is going to trash our company World Yacht Group everywhere on line as a retaliation.
