I went to this dealership last Saturday and left without a vehicle (decided not to purchase). They couldn't figure out how to refund me $2500 on the machine. I've been calling for 3 days now and they don't want to refund me my money back. I worked with Angel Guzman and the manager Miguel in sales. They told me to call back Monday and they would refund me the money back. Here I am 72 hours later calling daily and no one wants to refund me!!! The communication is horrible they really have no clue what they're doing in the sales department. I've called the finance department and they told me the money is in the account to be refunded, but the sales department refuse to do it. This is the worst place to buy a car. We took our car back many times to get it fixed. The first time we got it fixed our radio and aur conditioner was working when we got it back it wasn't working and we were told that they didn't touch it which was bologne. The second time we got it back we broke down in the middle of a intersection and we told them to come and tow it back because we couldn't drive it so they did. First impressions are everything. Not even 5 seconds in the dealership I already got bad first impressions. Absolutely no one to greet me even though I saw employees sitting in their offices. I usually hate going to dealerships because sales people "shark attack" you before you even get out of your car, but this place was complete night and day... I almost wanted some sales people to at least acknowledge me. The cars were in absolute terrible shape, the rear bumper on one of them was scratched and had the paint coming off. Majority of the cars they had in stock smelled like marijuana inside, and to top it all off the worst one I saw was a Prius with the rear bumper coming off. I know this is a USED car dealership but wow, come on guys, you can at least detail the vehicles 100% and make them seem somewhat 'new'. Shopping around for a used BMW and was up in the area from Los angeles on business, I figured I would look around since it's the desert I'm imagining they'd have some deals. Well, all they have is super high mileage BMW's that nobody in their right mind would buy. The sales rep tried to prevent be from leaving by continuing to tell me how clean they were. Lmao. Yeah, but I'm not looking to buy a 2015 bmw with almost 90,000 miles on it. I'd rather spend more and buy one with 30k on it. Oh, and I do have great credit so it's night like I'm limited on options. It's just funny to me how aggressive they are to push cars that are on the end of their life mileage wise. Kelley blue book and most any professional identifies a "high mileage car" as anything having 75,000 miles or more. But here at this dealership they don't even consider 90k high miles because they think "it's as clean as a new car". Avoid this place if you can. But if you're desperate, don't have credit, don't have down payment, and are willing to buy something that will start to cost a lot in standard higher mileage, major tuneups, then this is your place. Everything that you have read that has a negative impact about this company is absolutely 100% true. The sales staff that are on commission try to sell you junk at an exorbitantly high price so that they can make their money. The staff that aren't on commission don't really care because they're getting their paycheck anyways. The service staff will find any reason to not honor the warranty. When you bring it in for service (supposedly under warranty) they tell you that it's not covered by warranty when it clearly is and everything always seems to be your fault not theirs.
