I was in luck to find the Antelope Valley had a BMW mechanic. I needed a battery replacement and registration. I called and spoke to Jose about the warning signal I was getting on my dash. He said he could acommodate replacing the battery with an OEM battery and register it as well. I called after a week and spoke to Brenda to schedule and they were able to fit me in the same day. I have to admit, it saved me time and gas from having to drive to a BMW dealership service center. The repair was reasonably priced as well so it was a win-win situation for me. During Covid you was scamming people so you could make more money I was one those few and I asked for oil pan and transmission flush.I got my car back all of a sudden my driveshaft was broken and needed replacement . Mind you there was the same model bmw in his shop as mine and it had a broken driveshaft. It took him weeks just to do a the jobs I asked and I didn't get my car back till 2 weeks later just to find out I needed a new drive shaft when that wasn't the issue at all. this guy is a scam artist do not trust unless you want to get your money snatched and your car parted. read more

I have owned eight BMW's and currently own three of these amazing cars right now. All Bimmer & Mini Specialists is the most amazing shop that I have ever had regular maintenance or repairs done on my BMW's. Jose the owner is a very kind and courteous person and treats everyone with respect. However that is not why I am writing this review. In today's world it's very difficult to find a honest and knowledgeable mechanic. Jose is the only mechanic that I have encountered who possesses these two unique skills. He will never replace anything that does not need to be replaced. He does not charge those crazy dealer price either. I rarely recommend mechanics to anyone because I usually do not trust them. However Jose at All Bimmer & Mini Specialists is someone I completely trust and that's something I rarely EVER say or talk about. I recommend them to anyone who drives a BMW or Mini. I actually didn't have my mini worked on there. Jose might very well be a champion mechanic but he's a very poor businessman. My Mini had a dead battery. I called Mini dealer service to look my car up and find out what battery I needed so I could either get one there or look up my way at Costco/Sams Club and change it myself. I was shocked to find out the dealer wanted approximately $450-$500 to replace the battery. I guess the new battery has to be registered into the cars computer or there could be future damage to the computer if I don't. That alone was $150. After googling Mini repair in Palmdale I got All Bimmer and Mini repair. Hours say 8-5. Not. Called for an hour at 8 with no answer and no answering machine. Finally got a live voice at 10. His estimate was much better but he needed to find the battery my Mini needed as he didn't have it in stock but . I inquired if I could get the battery if they couldn't that day and have them install and register and was told no problem and could do it that day so after a few calls on each of our ends I decided to pick up the battery and go with him. I called AAA to jump it, called them to let them know I was on my way to get battery and head over and then was told that they can't do that day now even though a short time earlier was told they could and now he tells me to bring it tomorrow at 8:30 am. Explained to Jose that car was running already and there's a good chance it won't restart and I'll need to call AAA again plus you already told me you would do it and then was given some weak excuses and told to bring it next morning. Car was already running so went to get battery anyway and sure enough car didn't restart so had to jump it again at Sams Club and now I know I'll need to have AAA come out again to start me up next morning too which I did this morning. I got there at 8:30 as I was told to and the place is locked up, no one there and other cars parked on the street waiting for someone to show up. After 15 minutes of sitting in my car and not able to shut it off I was done, got on my phone found a BMW mechanic in Lancaster who also works on MINI who had me drive it right over and did it while I waited. It took me 24+ hours to get a dang battery changed thanks to this guy not to mention costing me a day of work. As mentioned earlier, you might be a great mechanic but as far as business acumen and customer service, one star is higher then you deserve. I don't appreciate how I was treated. I had a mishap with water getting into my engine and was looking for an honest mechanic. I found this shop on Google after contacting a few other shops in the AV first and not getting the feeling that I could trust them with my car. My insurance gave me the info to their trusted mechanic shop (this shop was not it), so I called them and got the same feeling from my insurance shop. After dealing with all these other shops I found myself at ease with Jose (the owner) of All Bimmer and Mini. He was honest and made the entire transaction simple. He always kept me up-to-date not feeling a sense of annoyance on his part from me bothering him with my questions. I paid for a transmission assembly. My car was returned leaving profusely. None of the seals were replaced, nor recommended to be replaced after taking 2 weeks to complete an 8 hr job. I paid over a thousand dollars and Jose refused to repair his mistake, as seals are to be replaced whenever the transmission is removed. I work with my car and forced to spend another $900 to repair the very next day. When I tried to get a refund, he told my bank that there was no warranty and refused to refund. I have statements from multiple mechanics stating seals should have been replaced, in addition to a recording of the owner cursing me when I threatened to report him to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Bureau of Automotive Repair to handle this and will be taking him to court. I was also sexually harassed multiple times when trying to do business with this married man. His wife answers phones there but when she's gone he will flirt and harass. He referenced to take me in the back of the shop and touch me and would uncomfortably flirt with me anytime I called to check on car or pick up. I have witnesses to this, including my mother. Ladies, don't go to this shop alone and don't take your car here unless you like giving away your money with nothing to show for it. read more
