Yesterday I had my '23 Tucson Hybrid in for an oil change, and requested the tires be rotated and do a brake inspection. No problem with the oil change. They failed to do the brake inspection and did not rotate the tires. I'm done. They have failed another customer. I'll have The Tire Store do my oil changes and tires and brakes. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not give your money to this dealership. They are the epitome of sleazy, old-school car sales tactics. They pulled a classic bait-and-switch: advertising a low price online (on both third-party sites and their own website), only to add mandatory "fees" at the end that inflated the price to full market value. When we called them out, they openly admitted this is "normal" in the industry, claimed "everyone does it," and suggested the FTC allows it--as if that somehow made it ethical. They belittled us, talked over us, and treated us like children. At one point, they even suggested we check CarMax online right then to "see" that their price was fair. The irony? CarMax is transparent with upfront pricing and doesn't play these games. It's 2026--customers expect honesty, not this outdated sleaze. I've bought multiple cars for myself and my business (I currently have six in my driveway) and have never been treated this poorly. They also pushed back hard when we wanted to use our own credit union financing and falsely claimed they had to run our credit (only an OFAC check is legally required in that scenario). In the end, we walked away and bought a better car elsewhere. Save your time and money--go somewhere that respects you and values transparency. This dealership does not. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They did over 15 hard inquiries on my credit and the day after we walked out since we didn't come to an agreement with the deal I received a phone. In that phone call I explained that we just couldn't come to an agreement and the manager or whatever on the phone literally said "You can find a cheaper option elsewhere if you couldn't afford the offer we had for you" like what? customer service is so trash like please and that was a month ago and i'm still receiving letters in the mail from them about my credit being denied for a loan. Very unethical dealership. I inquired about a used car listing on Auto Trader and set up an appointment with Moe for my husband to test drive the car two hours later. He arrived and was told the car was being sold but it was not even on the premises or their website, nor did they text me ahead to let him know that it was supposedly being sold. The whole scam was to get my husband on the lot in an attempt to sell him another car. Who would want to deal with deceptive people? Do they think everyone is stupid and wants their time wasted? FEELING FRUSTRATED AND UNDERVALUED CUSTOMER I purchased a 25' Hyundai Elantra N about 1 month ago or so, Jonathan the salesman delivered the car to my home and it was damaged. I let management and Jonathan know what exactly was damaged and they patch me through a sale manager. Manager proceeded to save his own self and deny the damages even though it was driven from Palmdale to North Hollywood. Anything could have happened and I'm not pointing the finger but I believe these damages should be taken care of. Moving forward, Manny (Sales manager) and I went back n forth and eventually he said " I can't approve a due bill to the damages unless I get with a General Sales manager", Cool. Later that day he called me back to tell me damages will be taken care of on there end. What really grinds my gears is that I keep getting a hold of them to see when/how is it going to get took care of and they tell me this issue is going to be resolved but recently about 3 weeks ago I went to the Dealership to get the issue resolved as a BDC clerk told me I had the appointment set when we talked very next day. I went in just for them to tell me that the people who fix there problems were NOT in that very day ? I was confused since BDC told me to come in, BDC clerk even got an approval from a manager there to get the work done. I waisted my time and just adding miles on my car for appointments set by them just to go back. This issue is SO Frustrating since it's a NEW CAR, it should not be damaged whatsoever. I gave them time to make this right but my own salesman does not even contact me to see how could he help me in any way. Not very good sales and communication skills I would say. I hope this gets there attention because if not I'm going to have to get ahold of Hyundai and let them know they are selling damaged cars. BDC clerk was more interested helping me than anyone there. This place is extremely shady. I drove 2 hours to look at a car which they informed me was $3k over list for "aftermarket add ons" only after agreeing to move forward with a purchase. When I pushed back they "generously" knocked $1k off so the car was only $2k over list. They then refused an offer for $1.5k over list. Harry is legitimately the slimiest car salesman you could imagine. He insisted that this was how every dealership worked. CLASSIC BAIT-AND-SWITCH WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY I received a quote for a 2024 Hyundai Elantra through TrueCar and was quickly contacted by multiple salespeople urging me to come in for a test drive. I asked for real photos of the car, since the listing only had stock images. They couldn't provide any. I was told the car might be a new trade, and that they would check with the used car manager the next day. When I followed up the next day, no one responded to my follow-up texts. I called, and the salesperson said he'd try to find the car and take photos to send me. Later, he called back and said he couldn't get photos because the car was in the shop for maintenance and a smog check and wouldn't be available for sale for a day or two. I asked why I was given a quote from the manager and received texts to come in to test drive if the car wasn't for sale. I asked if the maintenance could be expedited, as I was ready to buy today, and if I could just come look at it myself (I already happened to be in the area). He said he'd talk to the service team and call me back. He never did. At this point, it already felt like I was being strung along. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove to the dealership ready to buy. That's when the salesperson casually told me the car had actually been sold a month ago. I asked why I was quoted a price, told the car was in the shop, and encouraged to come in if it wasn't available. The answers I got were all over the place. "We sold it to CarMax." "It didn't meet our safety standards" (weird, since it was a 2024 and had only leased out for around 4 months according to the Carfax.), "Our system needs updating." One of the managers even told me, "I send quotes all the time," and "I wouldn't ask someone to come in if we didn't have the car," which is almost laughable, because that's exactly what happened. How was I not told from the beginning that the car was allegedly sold A MONTH AGO?! They weren't being transparent. They were just covering their tracks in real time, making up excuses as I asked questions. This was a textbook bait-and-switch. They used a low price to get me on the lot, then acted surprised when I showed up asking about a car they never had. Whether it was incompetence or intentional, it was a complete waste of my time. Drove a long distance for a service appointment that was very disappointing. Have a car that is still under manufacturers warranty and I called in advance to make sure we wouldn't be charged to repair the items we were bringing it in for. I was reassured the diagnostics were covered under warranty and made the appointment. Get there to find out the diagnostics cost $249.95 and that the warranty parts can take multiple days for approval. Being that we were coming from a distance this was a huge problem. The lady I spoke to yesterday was aware of our situation and our concerns and did not mention any of these things. Wasted 4 hours of time and got nothing for it except frustration and knowing what dealership to avoid in the future. read more

Tried getting in touch with the dealership, saw and spoke to Alex (Senior Sales Mgr), who at that time called the service Mgr, and said that I would get a call the next day. Never got the call. I called and was told that the service Mgr is on leave for about 1-2 wks, and was asked to leave a voice mail on a "mailbox full" I'm. Called again and spoke to Service advisor Kayla Wicks, who rudely said that I only have 3 complimentary service., then she hanged up. I haven't had my 3 services yet, this was just the 3rd. Their business practices are really deceiving. I found a 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sedan on Cars.com listed for $24,998 (with a $4,793 price drop). Nowhere on the listing did it mention any accessory add-ons for over $5,000. I drove all the way from Santa Ana to Palmdale, only to find out that, according to their fine print on their website, "Final Price does not include any added accessories / options, taxes, documentation fee, and any state or government fees. Please see dealer for details." But even in the fine print, it never said the add-ons would be over $5,000! This feels like a scam to get people in the door with a low price, only to hit them with hidden costs. I asked them to remove the add-on, and they refused, saying it wasn't possible. They wouldn't sell me the car for the $24,998 price they advertised. It's the most dishonest business practice I've ever come across. Total waste of time. read more

I had to wait for service on my car. Estimated wait time was 2 hours plus. The waiting room had three tvs and none of them worked. A technician tried to turn on without remote. He was Unable and was told remote was stolen and now none of tvs worked. I went in for a brake inspection. The young man that did the inspection was wonderful. The manager explained what needed to be done and quoted me a price over $900. At this point I was nice and I told him no thank you. Less than 2 minutes later he tells me he can do it for $600. I went off. How dare you gouge me for 300. I left my name and number to get a call back from finance or sales departments and nothing. Very poor dealership beware they try to claim things are wrong with your car when nothing is wrong. I have 13,000 miles on my brand new car and this dealership has said I need new brakes and rotors. Makes no sense and I went to three different places and those people have said nothing is wrong with my rotors or brakes. I was told by three different people my brakes have 95 percent left on my car. These people the dealership try to get over on people and the service manager is very unprofessional . He also claims people on here just wrote reviews against his business when I don't think people have time to do that. Like why would they do that . Stay away from this dealership unless u want to be taken advantage of. Also the service dept most of the people that are giving you your paperwork don't know nothing. On Saturday, November 30, 2024, my husband and I visited the Diamond Hyundai dealership in Palmdale, California. I have been looking for a new vehicle to replace my 2018 BMW x1. I received a KBB trade-in offer which I brought to the dealership with me. We arrived and were greeted by 'GiGi" who showed us an alternate Santa Fe because the advertised one need "work" and would not be available until the following week after the mechanics looked at it. Therefore, we drove an alternate one with less mileage and I fell in LOVE with it. GiGi looked at our trade-in and was very impressed with the vehicle, took the registration, and provided it to her manager to see what kind of deal we can get for the new Santa Fe. What seemed like :30 minutes later, a manager named "Manny" approached us and gave us a lot of financial numbers. Note, that we never talked finance (we had our own financing). When I asked what Diamond was giving me for my KBB quoted trade-in . . . . $7,000 (KBB trade-in offer was $11,400). I was furious! Manny told us he couldn't do anything, but if we wanted to come back in a few days and talk to a different manager, that was my option. Needless to say, we were left unsatisfied with "Manny's" lack of professionalism. It was apparent he did not want to sell a vehicle that day since he kept telling us to come back later in the week. We came to Diamond Hyundai in Palmdale specifically for "SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY" so we can shop locally. To make matters worse, "Manny" and "GIGI" did not give us back our BMW registration. I called and talked to both who said, "we don't have it". My husband stopped by a few days later and was greeted with the same rudeness "we don't have your paperwork, and you can order a new one via DMV". He asked how much, they said they "didn't know". How can a dealership NOT KNOW a registration question? So now I am out $27 for a new registration and no new Santa Fe. I will never set foot in that dealership again and have reported the inconsistencies to KBB. As a longtime resident in the area, it saddens me when a dealership doesn't care about the locals. read more
