I purchased a foreclosed home that had tile floors everywhere and they were filthy...I thought. Until I was unable to clean the milky haze off of the floors! I got several professional estimates and opinions on the problem. Only Camacho's knew that the floor had an improper sealer on it. He and his crew chemically stripped the floor using a buffer on the open areas and then got down on their hands and knees with razor blades to finish the edges in every room in the entire house without damaging the baseboards and used wire brushes on all the grout lines! He replaced missing grout, sealed all the grout, cleaned my epoxy garage floors, steamed the tile countertops, and also cleaned and sealed granite countertops. It felt like a totally different house when his crew finished and I can not express my satisfaction enough. The best part is Camacho's was the lowest bid even after he added in the countertops and garage floor. The entire crew was so nice and polite to deal with and knowledgeable about stone and tile. This was hands down one of the best contractor experiences that I have ever had in the Coachella Valley. Camacho's saved my floors and made my house feel new again. Two other well known contractors had said the floors were etched and not salvageable. Thank goodness I met Camacho! He was baffled by the floor too at first but then he took the time to spend 20 minutes on his knees evaluating the floor and testing spots before he made his professional recommendations.
