I had insurance, they were called. He arrived swiftly from out of town within twenty minutes, right on time as it were. Pleasant conversation, friendly face, informative, calming presence. Dead battery, he gave me some juice to get home. Swell. A couple of days later, I still had a dead battery issue. I didn't feel comfortable attempting it myself, although he had showed me that night very casually that it wouldn't be difficult for me. So I called my insurance company back, and was explaining I was going to need assistance..by the road..with my new battery, because I didn't want to have to tow my car to the shop, I have insurance, should be no problem...and of course, it was. Didn't cover battery installation. So, I asked if they had the information on my hero from the other night, and she gave me the number, I called and he was nice enough to come over right away, out of town again, to my driveway. We both recognized the problem and the driver promptly to the vehicle to the correct location.
