My fathers car was towed, so I called to attempt to pick it up on Saturday. As I wanted to avoid paying for the extra weekend storage fees of $55 daily and was told that no one was available to release the car. I drove down to there business to see what condition my father's car was in. There was someone behind the gate, so I asked him if: he could release the car, if I could take pictures of the car, or if he would use my cell phone and take pictures -- all of which he answered no. I echo what another Yelper wrote-- that I would give Camarillo Towing 10 stars if I could. It's not one of those businesses you think about having to use or interact with until you need to. But when you need it, Camarillo Towing will be my choice and my recommendation to others. As I was leaving the office last night my battery was dead so my car wouldn't start. Being one of the last cars in the parking lot for the evening was not good timing to have a dead battery. I called the number for Roadside Assistance through my insurance company. I've never had to use this service before but they advised someone would be on their way within an hour. Within 20-30 min, Peter showed up with a big smile, a positive attitude and a courteous & professional demeanor. He got my car started, advised me to get home before turning off the ignition again, gave me some battery tips and I was on my way. I also learned he was former US Navy so he has a heart for good service...he is an outstanding representative for the company. Horrible customer service. .I waited 45 mins after calling the insurance and the tow guy did the wrong car first..which wasn't so bad but when I called to ask the office about it the lady was so rude to me cut me off when I was talking and then said he was almost finished with the other car and then he will do your car but he hadn't even started the other one when I told her it was bad customer service she said okay thank you and hung up on me and that was the office manager read more

I needed a tow when my old car broke down and I was on the way back from Camarillo and they dispatched a tow truck right away and when it got there Tom was the guy who came and he was amazing. He got me safely home and was just a blast to be around. We talked the whole way to my house and he made me feel comfortable and not awkward at all.
