Andrew took the time to patiently explain the entire process, including how vehicle storage would work while we waited for a long-haul transporter. At pickup, he was professional, thorough, and organized. He documented everything with photos, reviewed all of the paperwork with me before loading the vehicles, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. What really stood out was his follow-through. He told us he would let us know when the vehicles were picked up by the long-haul carrier, and after two weeks in storage, he did exactly that. He reached out the same day they left, which allowed us to start tracking the cross-country transport with confidence. Car was in my driveway. We live off a dirt road that is somewhat steep but moving companies and many other very large trucks have made it up the road just fine. And we don't have reception where I live. It was pouring raining. I came outside and he was here and was half way done changing the tire. When I walk out he looks at me and extremely rudely tells me that he was going to cancel my call because he couldn't get ahold of me. I said did you knock on my door to which he replied exasperated, NO! I asked how he tried to get ahold of me and he said he was honking trying to get my attention. Sooooo, I stead of knocking on my door he chose to sit at the top of the road honking and expecting me to hear it. You could tell he was so irritated that he had to be there in the rain. Well I also stood in the rain with him while he finished and was going to close our gate behind him when he was done so he didn't have to do it. He grabbed 2 or 3 of his tools to walk up to his truck (it was not that far away) and I was standing by the gate and he turned around a yelled at me to STOP! SAYING I STILL NEED TO GET MY JACK! I said yes I know and I was waiting for him to get his stuff so I could close the gate. Jose I think is his name. Absolutely unprofessional and rude.
