He was very responsive, always emailing back within 24 hours or less. On the day of the event, the crew was fantastic. Very pleasant and easy to get along with, and extremely helpful. We ordered the basic buffet service and they went above and beyond, offering to bus tables in the back of the house where we had separate beverages and appetizers, and even making a 40 min round trip to get a new tap when our keg wouldn't work.
