I've never had my car all that clean after going through the wash... cleaner yes, but not clean. Rims have been hit but not on the sides making the wheels look silly, sap or dirt on the roof still there. It's not been *bad* historically but it is not great and what I'd consider acceptable. This last wash something changed. It was louder and welp, there goes the right windshield wiper. It grabbed the rubber and peeled it and threw it while I was watching. Got through the wash with a still dirty car and lost the ability to use the wipers until I replaced them later that day. I recently had an option to do the best at no additional charge and did it... no real difference in how it removed dirt. Wheels and rims filthy, top of the car pretty much unchanged, sides looked good. This place is good for maintaining, but if you need some actual cleaning such as a flock of birds decided to gift you with an unexpected Jackson Pollock hood painting, it doesn't do so great. They'll tell you you can come around and run it through again and they do live up to that, but it still doesn't really clean that well. Got spoiled at a Buck-ee's car wash that my car came out sparkly at I guess. read more

I'm so disappointed I have to write this review but IF YOU HAVE A CAR 5 YEARS OR OLDER DONT GO HERE and if you do be ready to pay for any damages yourself. Recently they broke my taillight and refused to take any responsibility or help with the damage. I have had 3 different damages with their overpowered drying fans. My most recent incident the machine blew my entire driver tail light cover off and shattered it in the machine. Now a $12 car wash costs me $200 Volvo taillight :/ and I can never return any of my cars to this wash or recommend that anyone who has a vehicle older than 5 years. They will literally break off parts of your vehicle off. When they do "investigate" and send you an email with it happening directly on the camera and they say they are not liable since the vehicle is older than 5 years. It's a legal umbrella they use to hide under even tho the video clearly shows their machine blew off parts of your car. Previously our Kia (2014) almost had the drivers side mirror blown off it smacked so hard back I thought it was a goner. Once I realized the mirror was ok I didn't report anything just thought the fan was a bit aggressive. The second incident my Volvo (2010) mirror was blown out of the holder but luckily we were able to glue it back in socket so I didn't report it but I should have taken that as a big red flag after the first incident with the Kia. And now this third incident proved that they will not help you if they damage your vehicle I tried to keep it private and talk with the management directly but since they show no sense of responsibility I figured I should let everyone know how it really works if they damage your vehicle. When I pulled up a service agent approach and greeted me and helped me make my selection. She was very friendly and helpful and gave me some cleaning tips. Other agents guided my car through the wash. I got the best wash which is $25 and it was awesome. The car wash is easy to drive into and the directions are clear, plus the staff is helpful. The car wash even had rainbow colors which was fun! It scared my dog, but that's ok he is learning to handle different experiences. Then they have plenty of stations with towels and vacuums and even an air pressure so you can clean your car so easily. They also have auto mat cleaners that work really well! It was totally worth it. I spent over an hour getting my car super clean. I will come again! read more

I just purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla. After my second wash at Camel, I had several scratches on my car. I won't be going back.

This place is awesome. We took our car here as we just did a crow country drive so it was so dirty with bugs and dust. The gentleman at the entrance kiosk explained their different packages. When we told him that we just came from a long drive, he said the bugs might take a bit of work to get off as it looks like it's been caked on from the heat, he said we can go back for a 2nd or 3rd time as needed to get the bugs off. They also provide free vacuum and drying rags!! That is a pretty good deal for $15. read more

I have been a monthly member of the Camel Express car wash here off of Harding Pk for several months. I have had various vehicles under my monthly membership. Recently, I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer and of course I added it to my membership. The car wash is fast and easy to use. The employees have always been very respectful and attentive. The issue I have with the car wash lies in the actual wash itself. My mirrors always seem to get pushed around and the final straw for me is that the car wash has been scratching my new explorer.. and the scratches are horrible. I am disappointed that the wash has done this to my vehicle. I will use a different car wash in the future. read more

Worst Car Was ever. The was itself was decent, but in the process my windshield was cracked on my 2018 Volvo S90 T6. They "proclaimed the windshield was cracked upon entrance. Naw! They sent me a blurred photo and then a photo post was, claiming it was pre-wash. I have called on several occasions and the GM, whom I should put on blast, but will not, hides behind email. If you have a nice vehicle. NEVER use this place. read more

Best car wash! Always smiling faces, helpful people and an overall positive vibe. Love going to all 3 locations, and so do my kids. Air wands for the pesky vents and tiny buttons, really strong vacuums that get up all the kids' crumbs (on the first pass!), and pre soaked towels for cleaning inside. They also have mat cleaners for FREE! Camel Express spoils us every time. read more

I decided to sign up for the unlimited wash monthly service. This place has large clean shaded spaces for vacuuming and drying your car off, long hoses on each side, convenient automatic mat cleaner thingy lol... Definitely recommend to all. read more

This place is amazing, its the best car wash I've ever been too. It's hard to know where to start in terms of all that this car wash does. The staff are beyond friendly and want to make sure they can help you out. The actual car wash cleans and waxes everything and I literally mean everything. At a normal car wash you'd get out of your car after paying the same price you do at Camal, and at the end you'd still have to scrub everything down because there would still be a thin layer of dirt or some stubborn bird poop on the windshield. Welp, not here... every single part of the car is spotless. Once you've gone through the car wash you can pull into one of the many vacuum stalls for a free vacuum. I've literally paid close to $10 at those vacuum machines at gas stations and never feel like they get up all the little particles off the floor. The vacuums at Camal make your car look like it was just detailed. They also provide wet rags to wipe everything down and have vending machines with any interior cleaners your car might need at a very cheap price point. It's worth every single penny, check it out, you will not be disappointed. read more
