This practice could not have been a better choice. From the young man who checked us in, to the hygienist we each had, to the dentist, to the very pleasant lady who checked us out - the experience was perfect. We were given a through exam with X-rays, then a cleaning for me (wife had to reschedule because she needs a deep cleaning - she is diabetic) and then the doctor went over my X-rays and made a plan of attack. ZERO pressure to book another appointment and ZERO pressure to continue with their services. We will continue with this practice as they are perfect for my wife's fear of the dentist and their staff is top notch!!!! Today my teeth feel great and I have booked another appointment as I need a root canal and I have no fear that this practice will take amazing care of me, my wife, and our teeth.

Then send me a bill saying oh insurances can cover up to 13yo or 19yo depending on insurance. I am 30 so they knew it would not be covered. But they are good about checking everything else that could be covered but not stuff they can do and back bill. The front desk also applied a $50 referral credit to my balance and gave me a $50 gift card. Then I get a bill because they messed up and it should have only been one or the other. As a business you should bite the bullet and make sure the mistake doesn't happen again instead of going after patient to pay back. Desirae was no help and offered no solutions other than paying back because of their mistake Dr. Scott Lee should be aware of how the office is treating patients. Would not recommend unless you like being back billed for their mistakes and being treated like it's your fault.

This was never communicated to me beforehand. When I expressed surprise, the hygienist explained that decay needed to be removed before the new crown could be fitted. I responded that I strongly dislike numbing medication because it makes me nauseous and said, "I hate the numbing medication." Shortly afterward, the hygienist left the room. The dentist then returned and informed me that they would no longer have me as a patient because I had allegedly used profanity toward his staff. At no point was my comment directed at the hygienist or any staff member. I was expressing frustration about the medication itself. If my language was a concern, a simple request to avoid profanity would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, I was dismissed as a patient based on what appears to have been a misunderstanding. I found the situation unprofessional and disappointing, especially as a new patient. Better communication regarding treatment expectations and a more reasonable approach to patient concerns would have gone a long way. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

Dr Christensen and his associate worked together to fix my tooth quickly and now that it's been a couple days, I can see myself forgetting the tooth was ever broken. They did a great job.
