Went to this practice after not having gone to the dentist in about 7 years. My wife has a fear of the dentist and I was just being lazy. What finally got us to go? Dental issues of course! This practice could not have been a better choice. From the young man who checked us in, to the hygienist we each had, to the dentist, to the very pleasant lady who checked us out - the experience was perfect. We were given a through exam with X-rays, then a cleaning for me (wife had to reschedule because she needs a deep cleaning - she is diabetic) and then the doctor went over my X-rays and made a plan of attack. ZERO pressure to book another appointment and ZERO pressure to continue with their services. We will continue with this practice as they are perfect for my wife's fear of the dentist and their staff is top notch!!!! I've been coming to this practice for about three years, and for a long time, it was great -- largely thanks to Dr. Kerle. The front office staff and hygienists are still wonderful, but since Dr. Kerle left, the quality of dental care has gone downhill. I came in with three separate concerns, but they only seemed interested in addressing one. Despite multiple visits over six months and repeatedly asking for help with all my issues, I got nowhere -- no real solutions, no clear explanations, just repeated prescriptions for a medication I had already expressed concerns about taking. They didn't even ask what other medications I was on before prescribing, which seems like basic protocol. At my final appointment, I brought up again that the medication wasn't working (after two rounds) and asked what other options I had. Their response? Just take another round. No alternatives, no further investigation. I finally decided to get a second opinion and went to a new dental office. The experience was night and day. My new dentist actually sat down with me, listened, explained possible causes for my pain, and offered multiple treatment options. They solved one of my issues in a single visit, and I already have plans in place to address the others. I came here 2 years ago and had Dr. Kerle and he was phenomenal! Replaced a crown from a previous dental work that fell out. He explains everything well and makes you not fear the dentist. Fast forward to today. Life happens and I was bad for not keeping up with my dental work. I also did let them my with where I work I wouldn't know my schedule a month prior. Somewhere in translation they just canceled my cleaning/check up. I tried to reschedule it and didnt hear back. So it's 2 years later. My back right molar would get food stuck in it and when I'd pick it out it would hurt. My visit this time was with Dr. Gibbons. Let me tell you, this was the most horrible dental experience of my life. I had to get 3 filling on my front teeth. And I had to get a crown. As if I didn't dislike the dentist enough. She really makes me dislike going to the dentist. When she gives you the numb shots they hurt. Yes initially you feel the needle go in, but I think she really hits the nerve. I felt every inch of that shot go thru my nerve. It was excruciatingly painful. And I had to get 3 shots. It was absolutely horrid. Dr. Gibbons is not gentle at all. Then the dental assistant kept talking to her as she worked on my mouth and I just wanted to be like can you please just concentrate on your work. My mouth is open. Getting my crown now Dr. Gibbons had to attempt to fit it right with my bite and everything and she had to try to fix it 4 times and seemed annoyed. I was also numb and I just said I think it's fine. Well it wasn't and that weekend it was in pain and I had asked if I could see Dr. K to fix it and was told no since Dr. Gibbons was the one to work on me and shes only there Tuesday- Friday. Well, now 4 days go by (its a monday) and it is throbbing in pain. So I request again if I can please get it fixed. They get me in to see Dr. K. I wish I would have gotten him for my 3 fillings and crown and now know better to request a dentist. If you are afraid of the dentist I am warning you. DO NOT GO TO DR GIBBONS. Dr. K makes this dental office amazing and it's sad that his last day is June 18th. read more

Honestly, this place was a vibe! I for once didn't hate being at the dentist. The staff was truly standout and fun. The doctors were friendly and kind. Didn't feel a poke from Dr. Lee's injection and my teeth feel great again after being worked on by Dr. Monahan. I would never expect an old bank to be such a vibe inside. Avoid Dr. Catherine Gibbons at all costs. She is dangerously incompetent. I came in with a severely infected, abscessed tooth. Dr. Gibbons proceeded with the extraction without prescribing antibiotics beforehand or managing the pain effectively. The procedure took over 7 hours from start to finish. It was, without exaggeration, the most painful experience of my life--not just in dentistry, but in any medical context. In the middle of the extraction (after she broke the tooth in half)--while I was in extreme pain--she suggested we pause the procedure, start antibiotics, and come back a week later to finish it, because I was visibly struggling. I told her how unreasonable it was to leave my mouth like that for a week. Anyway, she went ahead and completed the extraction. She also broke two adjacent crowns while attempting to prep for a bridge, then realized the bridge wasn't even viable. She redid the crowns while I was still in severe pain, and they were significantly off in height, requiring me to return for a correction--a frustrating and time-consuming inconvenience. The incorrect crown height also caused more pain and discomfort after everything I had already endured. Later, I saw Dr. Lee (the owner), who seemed like a good dentist and fixed the crown height. I shared my entire experience with him. While he expressed sympathy, as the owner of the practice, I expected more than just words--some form of acknowledgment or goodwill gesture for what I endured. Instead, he continued to praise Dr. Gibbons as "a great doctor," which felt invalidating and dismissive after such a traumatic experience. They send multiple review request texts after each visit, which helps inflate their Google rating. I wish I had checked their 3.2-star Yelp reviews, which include many 1-star experiences, and reflect the reality far better. Don't make the mistake I did. read more

I was recommended this office by my sister who was recommended by her boyfriend. First, the man at the front desk was so peppy and kind at 7am! Super helpful and friendly. Then, the Dental Assistant (?) unsure of position name exactly, but she took care of me the majority of the time - her name is Kylie, she explained my x-rays in full detail and it was like hanging out with your bestie. Super easy going and very educational! Then she brought in Doctor Gibbons, and she was extremely kind and helpful. Informed me of what the next steps are, and I couldn't be more relieved to have been recommended to this office especially after previous dental office experiences... Went in for check up. Gibbons said "you ned a root canal because of a old fractured filling." Stated I don't just take out the old filling and put in a new one. Was adamant about seeing an Endodontist. Took off work, 8 hours PTO. Hygienist and Endodontist fully examined so called problem molar. NO ROOT CANAL NEEDED! Wasted a day of work and my PTO. Could hve worked 13 hours, missed 5 hours PTO all because of an inappropriate diagnosis and recommendation. DO NOT go to this practice for ANYTHING. They WASTE your hard earned work hours. This place botched my route canal a year ago. I just went to and endodontist and found out the root canal and crown Dr. Gibbons attempted last year was unsuccessful. Now I have to pay $1000+ less than one year later to have it fixed by a specialist. I wish I could leave zero stars. It was the worst dental experience of my life. The doctor also could not get the lidocaine placed appropriately. She injected lidocaine 6 or 7 times over the 6+ hours I was in the office never touching the nerve to numb the arcade properly. She had to stop every 10 minutes because I would start crying through the pain. She acted annoyed that this procedure was painful for me and that I had to keep interrupting her. My consult was with Dr. Lee but then my procedure got pushed unexpectedly onto Dr. Gibbons which I also thought was unprofessional and odd, but I trusted the "experts". The only good thing was that one of the dental assistants was finally able to correctly place the lidocaine block at the nerve before I left the office, nearly 7 hours after I had arrived. I prefaced my visit with the fact that I didn't like the dentist and had had bad experiences and heavy anxiety in the past, which the office assured me they would take into account. Don't go here. I have a tooth root abscess from a botched root canal and crown attempted by Dr. Gibbons less than a year ago. read more

This is my first visit here and it's as a parent taking their kid to their first dental visit. Everyone has done an awesome job with my son. First and getting a cavity filled... I've gotten many coupons in the mail from these people, saying they offered me a $50 gift certificate to come in as a new patient, with insurance. What a scam! . I decided to give them a try. I set an appointment and took time off work to do it. They spent an excessive amount of time making me wait, and up selling me. In the end they wanted me to spend over $700 ( after insurance)! on extras, and a crown that other dentists have not suggested, They said I needed a deep cleaning , which would need to be done in two parts for insurance purposes, but they had not even set aside enough time to do half, though a cleaning and exam was what was scheduled, not a sales pitch. .I had to go back. Fortunately they had a temp there, who was willing to see me later that day, so I didn't have to take another day off of work. The bill, after insurance was over $200, for only the lower half of my mouth. I still need to have the upper done. My cleanings at my previous dentist were all covered, and taken care of with no fuss. Nothing was mentioned about the gift card, until I said something. At this point they said "Oh, only the office manager can give that to you, and the office manager is out. She will have to send that to you." It has been over two weeks. I have heard nothing from this office on follow up. This place is pretty shady, and I am completely disgusted. I will be calling my old dentist. read more

Dr. Lee DOES NOT stand behind his work. His lack of experience really shows when he tries to do procedures that he is just not qualified to do. Recently we contacted his office to get him to make good on his work, the answer was no. When we threatened to report him to the dental board, the answer was oh well. After my wife saw a specialist on her own, the specialist found one canal that Dr. Lee missed during a root canal and he removed the small dental instrument that Dr. Lee left behind and couldn't remove himself. These were causing my wife a lot of pain and discomfort which has been resolved thanks to the specialist, NOT DR LEE! I would not recommend Dr. Lee or his office for crowns or root canals because it will cost you to have a real dental professional to fix his errors. read more

Easily one of the best experiences I had at a dentists office. The staff was very warm and friendly from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. The office itself was clean and cozy and did not feel clinical at all. Dr. Lee and my dental hygienist were both very informative the entire time and let me know everything they were doing. I haven't been to the dentist in years because it always brings me so much anxiety, but I felt surprisingly very relaxed throughout my visit. I came here to get an inspection on some soreness I had on a molar with an old amalgam filling in it. After inspection, they determined the tooth was actually cracked in several spots, and they recommended a root canal and a crown. I went to a few other places to see if the pricing was in the ballpark and it was. They didn't charge me for the inspection, which was great. In the next 2 weeks while I was debating having the $2500 worth of work done, my tooth actually cracked open on a Sunday night. I called Monday morning and they were able to take me immediately. I went in and got Dr. Catherine Gibbons. I told her I wanted the tooth extracted because the pain was unbearable. She gave me the pros and cons and I decided to still have it pulled. She did everything she said and it all went smoothly. I was there for about 2 hours total and it was less than 30 mins of actual work. I paid $250 which was normal for that procedure. Overall I'm happy with her work and she did a great job. I'm not sure about any other procedures she offers, because I only did this extraction, but it was good. No pain, no soreness, no infection. This was my second visit to this dental office. I was reluctant to go back but I was in pain and wanted to be seen as soon as possible. Biggest complaints from my first visit was how long it took. Almost 3hrs!!! For cleaning, up sales and talking. Nevertheless I scheduled an appointment and was seen today. Got right in no problems. The staff was helpful and the dental assistant was beyond nice. However, she talks SO loud I felt like she was yelling. That was overwhelming, then she gave all of her opinions as to what could be going on with my pain. Non of which I asked for or cared to hear. Then she mentioned taking more X-rays and a full on panoramic of my mouth. If i didn't know any better I would've let her take her picture and been paying tons of money for nothing. She ended up taking regular X-rays, of which they did not even use when evaluating my pain and cause of the pain. Dentist comes in and takes a look at my mouth and says it an ulcer, very matter of fact. Doesn't explain to me what an ulcer is or how it happens until I asked. The dentist just sat there with a blank look on her face like that's it. I had to ask now what? What's next? What do I do? What about my pain? I even said ok, I feel like nothing is being resolved. What do i do? And she basically said I just have to wait it out. She could give me a prescription for some mouthwash but that's it. I left that office beyond frustrated. I could've cried with how unhappy I was. I wasn't even offered the mouthwash when i check out. This place feels like the mechanic shop that you can't trust. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist. read more

The majority of my immediate and, also, my extended family had/have been patients with this office for quite awhile. I will admit that, in the beginning I was extremely happy with the staff, and the cleanliness of the office itself. I thought, "Finally!" However, it may have been my third visit that I needed to have a root canal. It went as well as can be expected, however, the next couple days the pain was not getting better and from everything I read it should have went away pretty immediately. So, I returned and another X-ray was done and it was found that a root was missed in the cleaning. So, I was scheduled for a SECOND root-canal. Fast forward about 2 more weeks and I notice that the gum along the lining of that tooth is extended painful and looks yellow. I touch it with just my finger and, (sorry for the TMI)but PUSS just flowed and flowed. Now at this point, I am at a loss... I have no trust in the office or the doctor and as I weighed the pros and cons of returning to this office (puss refilling and draining every couple days) - the tooth that I paid OUT OF POCKET as my insurance had reached its yearly maximum prior to the first root canal - the tooth itself broke in half. It can no longer be saved according to a new doctor I've started seeing. It must be pulled and replaced with an implant. Should have just done that in the first place and saved myself close to around $1000. Please see someone - anyone else of you value ur smile. Thanks. read more

This business is the most unorganized office I've ever been to! I elected to have Invisalign with Dr. Lee and it has been the most ridiculous customer service lacking experience I've ever had. I started this process back in Dec 2018. My first impressions were lost so I had to come back in to get the impressions redone. They told me they'd put a rush on them so 2 weeks. After 3 weeks and no phone call I had to call them. Finally in March I got my trays to start this process. Each appointment I've had, it seems like I'm scheduled with a different person and NO ONE reads my file notes before talking to me. They have also never started on time with me, they are always 15-20 behind my schedule appointment. I'm always having to remind them where we are at in the process and what they told me last time. One appointment, I went in to get my trays and they didn't even have them, they were at their another location. Waste of my time! I had a total of 13 trays and when I was given my last tray I had to ask what the plan was as this was my last tray. They schedule me to have molds done again as they needed to send back to Invisalign to get more trays. This time I showed up for the appointment to get my second round of trays and once again no one knows why I'm there and they can't give me the trays because they need to fit buttons on my teeth for the trays to fit and guess what...no one there can do it and Dr. Lee is on vacation. Another appointment made and a WASTE OF MY TIME! I'm a business owner myself and I would be furious if this is how my clients were treated. I could go on and on with more situations I've encounter and conversations I've over heard, but you get the just. Not a place I would recommend at all! read more

Insurance covered most of my costs but copay was still less than I expected it to be and they are willing to work with you if you need to make payment arrangements. I went here after my dentist had retired (I had went to him for 23 years). This office, he has his assistance doing most of the work. I felt like I was in a dentist factory as well. He talked about himself a lot. How he gives the best shots (true), family, working out and the vitamins that he takes. Just wasn't a fan. I needed two crowns done. He said he would do this other procedure for free (removing cement that was still on my tooth below the gum line) if I let him do my crowns.One of the two crowns that he did, came out. read more
