Unfortunately I won't be back here. After two great experiences, I've had two bad experiences. The…read morepast two times I had acrylic and/or dip manicure services here, I've walked away with cuts on my cuticles and throbbing fingers. This last time in particular was awful and I have cuts on four of my fingers.! Plus, the liquid they put on the cuts, I guess to stop the bleeding, hurts SO bad. I am extremely disappointed and it cost me a lot of money to walk away disappointed!

1/15/2025: A few weeks ago, I messaged Phan D., The Hills Nail Salon's Concierge wishing…read morescheduling a manicure and pedicure--specifically, desiring removing all hang nails from my hands and feet. Moreover, I arrived fifteen-minutes early due to driving from up the "Hill." Obviously, I took some photos before entering in order, writing my YELP! Review. Anyway, the Male Specialty Pedicurist began performing a complete pedicure treatment: I chose the $65.00 Volcano Pedicure Spa because it's been almost a year since, I last scheduled a professional nail salon appointment, i.e., I've been quite ill in 2024 contracting COVID TWICE! In addition, another Male Specialty Manicurist began removing all the hang nails from my hands which was a welcomed relief. The total cost was $90.00, i.e., $65.00 Volcano Pedicure Spa and the $25.00 specialty hang nail removal plus, I paid an additional $15.00 tip equaling, $105.00 total which the total service rendered was exceptional. Emphatically reiterating, the total paid for exceptional service wasn't surprising due to it has been almost ONE YEAR since, receiving a professional nail salon service! Finally, I scheduled another salon appointment before Valentines' Day 2025 for a gel manicure and pedicure service: Thank you so very much Phan D., The Hills Nail Salon's Concierge and Staff!

I've been going to Nail Resort, Nail Château, and Nail Retreat for the past 10 years, and I truly…read morecan't say enough good things about them. The owner and his wife are absolutely wonderful people who clearly put so much care, time, and love into each of their salons. What I appreciate the most is that they don't rush their technicians or try to push clients through as fast as possible like many other salons do. Instead, they focus on quality, attention to detail, and taking the time to do the job right. You can really feel the difference when you're there. The cleanliness, craftsmanship, and overall experience are beyond what you typically find at a nail salon. When you walk in, it feels more like a spa experience than just a quick nail appointment. Every visit feels relaxing and thoughtful. After a decade of going there, I can honestly say I will always support them and continue going back. They are truly one of a kind, and it's clear they care deeply about their clients and the work they do.

Which is telling why she wasn't seen until 5:25. Feeling rushed everyone seemed unorganized. I'm reporting this for my friend because she was mortified and very upset as to what happened next. The guy doing her pedicure said something in Vietnamese about her and all the workers looked right at my friend and laughed and just stared at her. They continued conversing about my friend in Viernamese because they kept looking at her. She was in the middle of her pedicure and just wanted to cry and run out of there. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. I guess I'll just forwarn everyone, when you go into the Bass Lake Nail Retreat, make sure management's there or you might get harassed.
