Been going to the salon for about 10 years. Sadly, the quality has gone downhill. The last few times I've gone in for my dip manicure, I have left pretty dissatisfied. This last time I went in I paid $50 for a dip manicure, and the gal didn't even clean up my cuticles and did not massage at the end like they used to do. Figured I'd give them another try since they are close. The mani service was fine but the pedi fell WAY SHORT of expectations. I asked for Halloween design, picked my colors for paint and black spiderweb. She tried three times to paint and then tried to blame the paint choice I made "you must get gel nails color in order to paint". Well why didn't you say that when I told you what I wanted up front? Then the upgraded lemon drop service describes essential lemon oil to be in wanted, not added. They rubbed my legs with actual lemon slices near the end of service and skipped the hot stone massage because of the time wasted trying to repaint toes when the design was messed up again and again. To add insult to injury they moved my belongings without asking and dropped and dented my insulated water bottle, cracked the paint and left a huge dent so it wobbles when standing upright. Didn't offer to make it right at all with a discount to offset the damage, nothing. Will NOT BE BACK. read more

I have come here several times. Today I'm less than satisfied with the service. Nail tech cut my toe and had a difficult time getting it to stop bleeding. Did not say a word, not even a simple apology. Charged me full price and did not offer to have me come back once my toe heals to fix the sloppy work. Probably would have declined anyways. I have been going there for three years and they seemed appreciative with my patronage. However, the quality wasn't there my last visit and I needed change from my payment and they assumed I was leaving them a $20 tip for $60 dollar and 50 minute service. The manicure was half done. did not trim hangnails or remove the extra cuticle. The pedicure looked okay but when I got home noticed two of the toes were messed up and had to go back to have them redone. i think they messed the two toes when putting on my shoes. I went in for a mani/pedi and the staff was friendly and saw me right away. My nails looked great and the price was reasonable. But the next day I had irritation on legs and the gel nail polish started bubbling. I know we all have different sensitivities so the irritation on my skin may not be the same experience for everyone so I didn't deduct stars for that but I had to go to another salon to get the polish fixed, hence the 3 stars (should really be 2.5). read more

Since the change in ownership, seems like every visit triggers a different price for the same services I have been receiving for the past 15 years. But the real issue was how disgustingly hot it was inside, they didn't have the AC on at all. It was 89 degrees outside and they didn't turn the AC on until I asked if it was broken. Came here on a Friday morning about 5 min after they opened. They already had 4 customers but were able to take my husband and I right away for manicures and pedicures. I got the deluxe pedicure ($55 with gel polish) and my husband got the lemon pedicure ($50). We were both very happy with our services. The pedicures were great, we especially loved the exfoliating and massages. My husbands lemon scrub smelled so nice, I was a little jealous I didn't get it. ;) Manicures were standard and nice. Again, the massages were great. I thought it was a little pricey, as everything came out to $170 total. But the service was good and we plan on coming back. read more

I moved back to the area temporarily and was trying to find a good nail place. I've been here a couple times and it was okay, but it was a little out of the way for me. I went for a gel pedi and acrylic gel fill mani before my babyshower. I did make an appointment, but I guess they were really busy. I got right in, but was completely rushed through the massage and I paid for the most expensive package. Then they moved me to the chair for nails and I got another lady who did not seem like she was in a good mood and kept trying to tell me I needed a new full set. I haven't needed a full set in years, so I kindly told her this and asked if she could just do the fill. I usually watch a movie while getting my nails done, so I wasn't paying attention until she was done. She had completely taken the acrylic off my right thumb and just did gel. After asking her if she took the acrylic off that nail, she asked really annoyed if I wanted her to redo it. I didn't have time and declined trying really hard not to be visibly upset because of how annoyed she seemed with me. Tipped 20% and left with no intentions of going back. Less than 3 days later the thumb chipped and I had zero time to get it fixed before my babyshower and now the polish is completely off, that's why I get the acrylic so it lasts longer. I guess don't go when it's busy or maybe find another salon. There are a lot of really good places around. read more

I asked her 3 times to cut my nails shorter, with the last reply being a firm NO! SHE TOLD ME NO MORE, NO MORE SHORTER!! I am between cracking up and going off on her!!! Its comical- who's FEET ARE THEY? WHO IS PAYING FOR THEM?? I hate to say it, but they just lost a customer! If you're a bread and butter kind of client (single color, French tip, fairly simple designs) then this place is probably more like five stars. But if you're a new and crazy designs every two weeks kind of person like I am, it's simply "ok". I don't hate what I have, but I don't love it. The best part of my manicure is my nails were shaped really well. The rest is sort of meh. The acrylic isn't taken all the way to the sides of the nail, there's a weird flat spot on top of one, and overall they feel a little messy. My pedicure was awesome though. No complaints, only absolute compliments and accolades. Would I do it again? Probably not. I only stopped by here because I didn't feel like making my usual pilgrimage out to Roseville to see my usual nail tech. What I saved in time, I paid for in quality of work. The gals here are all friendly, the service was quick, and the location is fairly convenient. But you can tell most of the clientele have their nails on the more conservative side. read more

I went with my mom and 5 year old to get pedicures. My daughter also got her nails painted. Nothing else. Just painted.. she's FIVE, remember. They told me her nails would be $7. At checkout, when I ask for my total for my daughter, they tell me $40! Whoa..I say that's alot for her. You told me $7 and pedicure shouldn't be full price when, for starters, you don't have a child's pedicure chair and no pillow s for her back to make it more comfortable since she's littleand can barelyreach the water. All she got was paint and hot water. They also argued loudly in front of EVERYONE going back and forth about what to charge me for my daughters nails and toes. moral of story, i will take my business elsewhere.
