Granted I had not had acrylic nails for many years so when she asked me, up front, if I wanted square or rounded, I said kind of square but short. There were no photos there for me to see as an example. Afterwards, I didn't care for how squared off my nails looked & I said I didn't really know how they would look without a photo. She got really annoyed with me & said I should have looked up photos on my phone first. I said "oh well can you file them a little?" She seemed quite annoyed (there were no other customers waiting) but filed them to be rounded. I was happy with the result. She also seemed upset with me quite a few times because my fingers weren't relaxed. I apologized to her & said I wasn't used to having my nails done. Overall, she was very unfriendly. I actually came back a week later to have the nails removed because I didn't like how thick they felt. She removed them & was very unfriendly again. I would not go back.
