If you own a bakery business then you have a responsibility to be aware of how long your products have been on the shelf and timely discard items as necessary. It is completely wrong to knowingly sell expired products to customers. More so considering this product was behind a glass case and I would have no way of knowing how long it's been sitting there but you as the owner would and should. I can no longer trust the owner or their products they sell. Never buying anything from this bakery again.

The cream puff had a whipped frosting and a light mousse filling. The savory croque hit the spot when surrounded by sweets. The cake omg could devoured in one sitting by one person. Light cream and filled with strawberries. The pastries here are so light that they almost feel strangely healthy and don't leave you feeling heavy. The bubble tea however, was a little sweet. I would've very much preferred if we had a choice of how sweet it could be but otherwise it's really good. The service is friendly. There's a few tables to sit down and hang out at. The filling was about the size of a nickel, while the video on Instagram shows the center of the cake being generously filled with pistachio cream. At just over $8 for one dessert, it wasn't worth the price for what you actually receive. Unfortunately, because of the experience and the misleading expectation, I likely won't be returning.

So one random week I decided to contact them just to inquire about their prices, flavors and such (I found this info on their website). They actually didn't respond until over a week later, and I realized it was because they were out of the country! So they let me know when they would be returning and so I contacted them again then. By some insane twist of fate, the day they said to contact them also happened to be National Donut Day -- obviously a sign. It turns out they don't have delivery right now (probably because they just returned?) so I had to arrange a pickup. They're $4 a pop, so I decided to just get half a dozen: Cinnamon Sugar Chocolate Oreo Mango Pistachio Rose Raspberry Pina Colada I arrived at the house, waited a few minutes, and the man came to the door with the donut box in hand. The donuts looked awesome too! Then I went to my sister's and surprised them with vegan donuts for the special day -- great feedback all around. I didn't get to taste every single one, but the chocolate oreo, rose, mango pistachio and pina colada were delicious!! The flavors popped, the texture of the donut was light and had me not feeling too guilty, and they looked nice! It was totally unexpected to find a vegan donut spot so close to my sister, and to be family-run is lovely! They have an interesting history on their website, you should give it a read!

The decorative icing was so detailed that all the parents were taking pictures of the cupcakes. The lemon and carrot cake cupcakes were very flavorful and delicious. The lemon in particular was well balanced with the lemon buttercream frosting. Not too sour, not too sweet. Just perfect. For my son's 9th birthday party, we ordered Minecraft-themed cupcakes and the edible images were sharp and clear. The kids were over the moon! This time we got pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, and they were just a perfect mix of spice and sweet. They were an absolute hit!
