We met outside to do a curbside drop off, and she asked us what types of services we wanted, what type of cut we'd like, pretty much all the specifics. We sent her some reference pictures, and then went home to chill. My favorite thing was getting updates throughout the grooming session. She texted us photos and videos of the grooming process and would ask us what we thought of his fur length towards the end. When we went to pick him up, he was super happy and excited. She did such an amazing job with him. He's a 9 year old pomeranian mix, and he came back looking like a puppy. Also, I'm not sure what shampoo and conditioner she used on him, but his fur has never been softer. It's been two weeks since his grooming, and his fur is still super soft. If you're looking for a good groomer, I would highly recommend giving Sara a try.

After several seconds of awkward silence I said hello and asked for help. Everyone besides a blonde woman put their masks on so I said hello specifically to her as a hint but she refused to acknowledge me or the mask. Two people assisted on my pups nail and cut her almost immediately so I had to stand there and watch her bleeding in discomfort. Not worth the $5 + tip. I really shouldve turned around and left but this was close to home and Im not in a condition to drive around looking for groomers who would take walk ins. Just as before I found it was worth the trip. The service is great, the dog loves coming here and I find it well worth the extra time it takes to get here. I contacted a few people/places but just didn't feel comfortable but thank God I found someone who not only was I comfortable with but my timid Yorkie was very comfortable with as well. Not only is Laura the nicest person but she is a awesome groomer. I let her know how I wanted my fur baby's cut done and she did such an excellent job. When my husband and I picked her up I thought I was going to cry because she looked so beautiful. Every time we've brought our dog here (toy poodle), he has always had a great looking cut AND does…read morenot have any cuts on him (even with close shaves to his private regions). At other places - We've brought him to other places in the past where the groomers have shaved too close and our dog had visible razor burns/nicks on him. For a week while he healed, he would always be weary, lethargic, etc. Not here! He's always had a great cut, safe haircut and never had signs of injury. He's always his usual self after the haircut and we love it every time. In terms of value, I think it's pretty fair for a fur cut. Toy poodle for around $70-80.

This is a service I've received in the past since we've been here for the past several years without issues . The groomer after I said he's good agreed to bathe him . When we got home, I noticed the groom was uneven. He usually gets a lion cut, but his tail was left fully furred with no explanation. More concerning, some of his whiskers were cut, which should never happen. For nearly $200 with tip, this was extremely disappointing. The positive thing is my cat was well behaved as I expected and he's clean and no longer matted in certain places .
