After she had color corrected, she said "there's still a little red but it will fade out". She never stated that we would need another appointment to continue to fix it. She then put brown dye (I'm guessing that's what it was) over it. I asked for my natural hair color which was visible. The top part of my hair turned out basically blonde. The bottom part of my hair is red and a dark brown. It doesn't even go all the way to my roots. I spent $360 on a terrible hair job. I called and simply asked for a refund and they said the only thing they could do was dye over it one color and anything else to fix it I would have to pay for. Absolutely ridiculous! Unless you're getting something basic, do NOT go to this salon! I left crying and I've been crying for the past two days and can't even look at myself in the mirror.
