When we picked her up. She would not stop shivering.

I was horrified at the condition they returned my puppy to me. They returned my dog skin and bones. We took both of our dogs during Christmas. They were there for 5 days. We made them aware that our dogs do get along while eating. The older dog bullies the younger one and cannot be close they did not care. My puppy was reduced to skin and bones bc she could not eat and was bullied by the bigger dog. She has diarrhea and vomiting. They don't care. Don't take your dogs if you care for them. They will return a sick dog. I spent a lot of time and money getting my pup back to a healthy state. See pictures. The video was when we picked her up. The second one was 10 days later back home and taken care of. Shame on them for treating animals so bad. Very disappointed. Never going back. We asked for a manager to give us a call and when he did he brushed off our concerns with half apologies and lame excuses. There is no excuse to this kind of abuse. I have been reading responses from this company to other complaints and they brush it off as " oh, we are so sorry but... (lame excuse blah blah ). My vet was horrified when I took my puppy in. I had to because she was unwell.

My energetic pup enjoys going to Camp Bow Wow! He can not contain his excitement when we are in front of the building.

When we arrived for Axel's interview, I was greeted by everyone at the front desk with a smile. It is apparent that they love new furry friends! I also like that I can watch Axel enjoy being around other dogs from a live camera. I have not tried their additional services (grooming, boarding) but I definitely plan on it.

I have a Siberian Husky with an insane amount of energy. Sometimes the dog park just isn't long enough so I take him to Camp Bow Wow where he can play all day! The staff is very friendly and my dog loves them! They have cameras that link up to their app where I can watch my Harper play all day! When I come to pick him up he immediately falls asleep in my car. I can tell he had a long fun day with his new friends. Always such a friendly and memorable experience. Thank you Camp Bow Wow!

Active on social media, communicates through email and phone and it's easy to schedule online. My dog is always excited when we get inside and wiped when I pick her up. She's able to interact and socialize with all different types of dogs. It is on the pricey side however they don't nickle and dime you like other places do (more to drop off early and pick up late, more to give them meds, more for longer play time, and so on). The camper cams are nice, especially when you're out of town for an extended period of time. The staff seems a little hit or miss in the rooms. Some are more interactive, attentive and affectionate while others seem to not care less unless there's an issue. Yappy days are really cute! I experienced my first one recently and they clearly go out of their way to make you welcome and support/promote rescues (yay!). This CBW is far and away where I recommend taking your dogs.

Today is my 6th time taking my doghter Kristy to Camp Bow Wow. Kristy is a small 7pound Yorkie, she is my fur baby and I don't trust just anyone with her. But she loves going to Camp and playing with the other dogs and people. I have no complaints about Camp Bow Wow, everyone seems to be really nice, and I haven't had a bad experience with them. I really like that the evaluation day is free, and I like the starter discounted packages they offer. But for me, what sets this daycare apart from the others, is that Camp Bow Wow has a live camera feed on their app. I really enjoy watching Kristy run and play with the other dogs. Also it's nice to see the attendant pet and hug all the dogs. If you are skeptical about bringing your dog to camp, just download the app and watch how the dogs interact. What impressed me the most and moved me to write a review is that Camp Bow Wow sent me the cutest photos of Kristy during the day. They don't have to do that, but I really appreciate how thoughtful it is. I will definitely keep bringing Kristy here. Cheers!

Tank's eyes after eval day. Went to the ER vet who told us he had taken a blow to the head/neck. Do not trust this place.

After searching online and taking recommendations from friends, I contacted Premier about their…read morethree-week board and train program for our bernedoodle puppy. When talking with them, they recommended their puppy orientation (which is more like a tailored training session to cover general information and whatever you specifically want to talk about), the cost of which goes towards the bootcamp, so you aren't losing anything in taking the class. I was already going to proceed with the bootcamp, but after our session, I was even more excited for our pup to go. Jessi worked with our 14-week puppy for just about two hours, during which time she made huge strides in her "leave it" and in walking and jumping. Jessi gave me easy tips that I used the next day on a walk, and it was like a night and day experience in getting her to heel. I can't wait for her to attend her bootcamp. Another huge perk to this location (and something I specifically wanted when searching for locations) is they also do general overnight boarding, where they will keep up her training. You can even leave notes about specific concerns if you did their bootcamp with them. They are also so so close to BWI, which is great for us in planning boarding. It's also really not far from DC (just over 30 minutes) for anyone in the District!

My family had been loyal customers for…read more13 years, and over the years we trusted Premier with all three of our dogs and even recommended the facility to friends and family. Unfortunately, our most recent experience with my dog completely changed that. My dog stayed at Premier for approximately two and a half weeks while I was out of the country. When I emailed to check on him, I received a generic response that gave me little confidence that the person responding actually knew how he was doing. I specifically requested a photo or video of him, but never received one. I was also told they would try to post a video of him doing remedial training on Instagram, but that never happened. When I brought him home, his behavior was noticeably different. He came home approximately seven pounds lighter and was absolutely ravenous for several days. He also began having accidents in the house, something he had never done--not even as a puppy. I also noticed silver/metal marks on his teeth that, given everything else, made me concerned that he may have been repeatedly chewing on or trying to get out of his enclosure. I understand that my dog can be difficult with new people and may require extra patience. I have always been upfront about that, and Premier was aware of his needs. That is precisely why I trusted a facility that presents itself as experienced in caring for dogs to provide him with the appropriate attention and care. What is most upsetting is that I never received a meaningful explanation for what happened. After returning home, I reached out to Premier to ask questions, express my concerns, and request information about my dog's care, including how he was housed, fed, and monitored and whether any concerns about his behavior, eating, weight, or attempts to escape had been documented. Premier did not respond to my concerns or provide the explanation I requested. After 13 years of loyalty, this experience has fundamentally changed my view of Premier. I trusted them with a member of my family, and I am deeply disappointed by the care he received and by the lack of communication afterward. We will no longer use Premier, and I cannot recommend them based on our most recent experience.
