Need a doggy name tag and three hour interview with pet before they will accept them for boarding overnight. This was for a dog not child.

It's sadistic and sickening. People like this should t have control over care of animals if they're going to abuse it. Stomatitis (her diagnosis) would need an antibiotic which she refused me. Agreed to refill the pain meds so my cat can eat (she's starving I try to syringe feed she's down to 9 pounds from 13. 1.5 down from when I originally saw this vet. She's more worried about money and her ego over animals.

I had used Shoal Creek Animal lodging services years ago for my prior pup and had no complaints. We now have a 15 month old pup and she loves to visit the day care facility. She drags us in the place. Our dog can get rowdy, which is why we take her for visits to expend some of her puppy energy. She does get placed in time out from time to time, but it isn't for long and she calms down and is allowed to join the rest of the pups. I love the webcam and as far as I have seen, there is someone monitoring the dogs at all times. There has been several incidents, one which was our dog's fault as she can play rough. The clinic/lodge responded quickly and communicated appropriately. The entire staff is welcoming and the folks overseeing the pet lodge seem to enjoy all the animals. In addition, I like the fact that they monitor the vaccines of the animals and send reminders to owners ensuring all the dogs and cats are protected.

We tried by phone and text. When we went for the appointment he opened the door, did not introduce himself or make any effort to greet me or more importantly our dog. I expressed concern that he had not responded to our messages. He simply replied " I never talk to customers on the phone." No apology, but continued you with " Why did you even come?" I said " We were hoping to find a place to train our dog, but it is not looking like this is the place." Ryan responded with " then get out." We have never experienced such horrible customer service. Certainly not the place to take care of our beloved dog, or yours. Still shaking my head trying to figure out what happened to make him so angry and why he even went into business when he showed zero compassion towards our dog.

I worked with Harvey on the weekends and saw some improvement except in the last week. The trainer could not get control over Harvey and he was a mess after continual choking and turning the collar up so high - I told her the other trainer would switch up the command if he didn't respond and she said this is what Ryan would do.of coarse i never saw Ryan only 2 other trainers- He hasnt answered my email or texts- also i asked when the next park refresh time was and she said they don't do that anymore it would be at the new facility. Harvey has responded to me - but no certificate- no lifetime refresh coarse as promised and no contact from Ryan-also he told me the value of the EZ Educator was $360- I found it on every sight for $229- very disappointed not the professional service i expected for the price

Our dog Ruby just went through a 4 week behavior modification training program with Steph at the…read moreGladstone location. Ruby was reactive on leash and at at our fence with the neighbor dogs, and had problems focusing on us (and what we wanted) while she was outside. She's the first non-food-motivated dog we've ever had, and so we had no idea how to get her attention when she was so focused on everything else. We had only ever trained with treats and that just wasn't working this time. But Steph did know how to train her. After training, our dog is calm and confident. She can loose leash walk in the neighborhood at heel. She's patient and well mannered. A model citizen. She will focus on us when we're outside and come when called, which used to be a struggle if there was a nice breeze, or an interesting leaf, or a bee, or the moon to gaze at. I highly recommend training through KC Dawgz and the associated Digs boarding facility/play group in Gladstone. We dropped Ruby off every morning and picked her up after work, and got to take home a well behaved dog in the evening. She learned while we were working, when we didn't have the time or expertise to do it ourselves. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. If you just have a wacky four legged roommate or a furkid who has a tougher problem, Steph can sort them out for you. The initial consultation was free and easy to schedule and the package we went with included in-home training lessons to make sure everything worked out right at home, too. Some of the best money we have ever spent. (Thank you Steph!!!)
