I love everything about Camp Bow Wow. From the screening process to the extras offered. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean. Reservations and payments can be done either online or on the app - which is so helpful. Primarily, I love it because my girl, Boston Rose, loves it. She runs into the building and doesn't even give me a tail wag goodbye. She gets wonderful extras and I personally love the pics that get sent with her treats or enrichments. The picture packages with funds going to Bow Wow Buddies are fantastic. I also appreciate that our initial training with Andria was done in the lobby and we got to know the facility through her. The interview process was excellent. I felt like they really take time to ensure a good fit. Our puppy is now visiting the daycare a couple of times a week and he can't wait to get in the car and see his friends. He comes home happy, healthy and tired. On 8/30 at 1226 afternoon called to set up a grooming appointment. Unfortunately I was told you must be a current customer regardless if I've never been there before or not as they don't have groomers on site. Maybe it was my nice voice and I was not offered any alternative. I was just simply looking to pay to get our dogs nails trimmed. I was very professional clear and concise I would definitely not recommend them especially as she told me services are only for current customers . Because if you truly cared then we would've received a phone call from someone right away to see how Ralph was doing. This did not happen. As a matter of fact I had to call you guys in order to further advance the claim.That is the truth whether you like it or not. What makes it even more sad is I have never received a phone call asking about how Ralph was doing at any stage of the process before or after the incident. I want you to imagine this situation...top ten worst days of your life with a puppy running around your feet as you haul your suitcases to the car for the flight you're about to miss‍ I called the Waukesha location of Camp Bow Wow told them the issue-within minutes we were rebooked at my destination...we made the flight! We started taking our goldendoodle here and have so far really enjoyed it. They had us come in for an "interview," which they introduced our puppy to the other dogs and staff. He stayed for the whole day and this was free of charge. I enjoy that they have given us a report card to let us know how he did throughout the day! Our puppy is very hyper and needed somewhere to go at least once a week while we were at work to get some of that extra energy out. The only downfall to doggy daycare is he comes back very smelly - almost every time. read more

Camp Bow Wow has to be the best Doggy Daycare around! They are clean, staff is amazing and the prices are reasonable. The staff immediately knew my puppy after the first time bringing her there. No matter how much time passes in between visits, they know exactly who she is. I also love that I can watch my pup right on my phone. I can tell she is always having a blast and the employees are attentive to all the dogs. When I bring her home, she is out for the night and then is tired at least 2-3 days after. I love that they do not have any hidden charges. If I bring food with me they will give her a "lunch" and do not charge for it. One morning I needed to drop her off before 7a and they asked what was convenient for me. I was able to drop her off a little earlier which worked out great for my schedule (again no extra charge!). Another thing to mention- she NEVER is stinky or dirty when I bring her home unlike some daycare's I have used. read more

This place is awesome! The stuff is super friendly and so nice to our pups Sophie and Harley. I really like the ability to check out the video streaming to view our dogs playing. The rates are super reasonable and the facility is well taken care of. I would highly recommend taking your dog for the day or overnight as we have done. The website was very thorough and gave me a good idea of the facilities. I was very impressed by the staff. I love the web cam. Seeing my pup having a blast while I was at work reassured me of my decision to try Camp Bow Wow. And an extra bonus, she didn't smell like dog pee when she came home like she has at another daycare. We've been having our Otis go to Camp Bow Wow Waukesha Wisconsin since they opened. He's a twice per week camper along with boarded a few times when we traveled. We love the clean and friendly atmosphere. Otis can't wait to get there in fact he stands looking out the window everytime we leave. We can be 2 blocks away and yet he knows where he's going and begins to dance around barking. I have taken my dog here for both daycare and boarding and for both this place is AWESOME! The staff is amazing and they really listen to you and care about your dog as if it were their own. I love that they give you report cards so you know how they did and if anything good or bad happened. We love that the facility is very clean and dogs are constantly supervised. Also that dogs can roam to the outside space if weather permits. We feel good leaving Rodger there for day care and for overnight camp. And love the webcams so that we can look in on him. After moving to Waukesha, we had tried other local places for daycare. My dog did not like them like she liked her old place (in Wauwatosa). I wish we would have picked Camp Bow Wow first. However the first time we did boarding our dogs were so stressed out they didn't eat for 3days and and puked for 2 this could be due the heavy storm. Camp Bow Wow is AMAZING. We tried other competitors first, but will never go back. Don't waste your time!! The staff and accomodations are superior. Our dog loves it and no longer cares about the dog park or walks. The only thing that gets her excited is going to see her friends and the staff at Camp Bow Wow. Very clean. I loved everything about my experience at Camp Bow Wow. Scheduling my initial interview for my puppy was extremely easy. When I brought Ren in for his first day of daycare both of us were welcomed by the staff and everything was explained to me to help calm my nerves dropping off my baby for the first time.
