The campground is really well maintained. We had a trailer site at the back right near the river and trail. There is a great brewery, and bike rental shop within walking distance. Unlike some campgrounds in the area it is far from the highway so it's pretty quiet at night. The staff is super friendly and offered us some great recommendations on the area. They also have airstreams and tiny homes available. We didn't use these options but so glad to know it's available so that when we bring friends or family to the area they don't have to tent camp read more

We have stayed at Camp Eddy a couple of time on trips out to Grand Junction for concerts at the Amphitheater, and have stayed in both a tiny trailer and an Airstream. We love that it's walking distance to the Amphitheater and the accommodations are very clean and well maintained. The community center area is such a nice touch for a place to hang out. Downtown Grand Junction is just a quick drive away, or there are usually rental electric scooters around the area. read more

I really thought this Campground was Top Notch, because it offered a little of everything. I have a rooftop tent and I was looking for a dry car camp, and they offered that for apx $50. Showers and bathrooms were private, awesome, and super clean. Two really cool features about this place are its proximity to the Amplitheater and it being along the river and river trail sidewalk that goes for apx 15 miles to Fruita. Additionally, the campground offers Airstreams and Cabins along the water for rent in the event you don't have your own RV. If I lived anywhere near here I'd book a reservation to stay anytime a band came in town I wanted to see and avoid the hassle of trying to get home post concert. read more

Are you looking for a unique stay by the river? That's clean, cute, and all that you'd want for a overnight stay? Then this is the place. I absolutely loved and adored our stay at Camp Eddy! For what you pay for, it's so worth it. I loved being steps away from the river and a park. The set-up over the tiny home is adorable, clean, and well kept. They did not put together things in a cheap manner, it's well kept and high standards. They are dog friendly, with a rule or two but that's absolutely okay! They provided water bowls and a blanket to lay down for our pet. It's safe, clean, and though other people staying are close by it's quiet and serene. I hope to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone going through the area!! read more

The only reason I am not giving Camp Eddy 5 stars is the water pressure in the shower was really bad the second night I was there. Will I go back, in a heartbeat! This is a new RV site and it also offers tiny homes and Airstream trailers to rent. The vegetation hasn't had to time grow yet! The location is right next to the Colorado River. There is a great walking path plus multiple things for the kids to do like a skate park and a great playground just across the river. The zipline is probably open now! There is a great dog park that even has motion-activated lighting for that just before bedtime doggy time. All the staff that I interacted with were wonderful! read more

Loved our trip to Grand Junction and Camp Eddy made it even better!! Easy to make reservations online and wow were we surprised when we arrived how cool this place was! We booked 1 week out (last minute trip) and we didn't care where because of the $50 a night for an RV spot! The camp grounds are beautiful, super clean and spacious. It's a new place, no grown trees yet, they have them! Amenities are a gym, laundry, WiFi, laundry room and a lounge, patio with chairs and fire pit, and it's gorgeous! It's own doggie park too. You can walk downtown and enjoy the restaurants and stores, easy 2 mile walk, one way but you have the option to use the pay scooters parked by the river. Oh and yes you can walk the River its a nice paved area. There is also a building that rents raft boats. The checkin was easy and person working was really nice and helpful. Recommended Colorado Monument park for what we were looking for Razor riding and hiking! What an amazing time we had! Really recommend Pablo's Pizza downtown as well! read more

Came across Camp Eddy researching places to stay on the west side of CO for a couple nights to hit many towns on this side of the state. I was excited how cute this place looked and it's right on the river! I arrived and check in was swift and easy. They are dog friendly also with a dog park so my little guy could come along! I rented a tiny home and it was adorable and super clean. It was hot, in the 90s, all weekend and the AC kept it nice and cool. I enjoyed coming back after being out and adventuring and chilling along the River. I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to come back and stay here with friends for a wine tasting weekend since Palisade is only 15ish minutes up the road! read more

The cook top wasn't lighting. Apparently, the gas was not turned on before we arrived and we weren't given instructions we needed to reach behind the refrigerator to turn on the supply line. I'm glad my husband knows a thing or two about that. The door lock stopped working. We went out the first night to watch the full moon and couldn't get back in. We let it settle, hoping it would reset, but it didn't. We slept in our 4 runner and went to the office the next morning. The guy at the counter said they've been having a problem with that at this site. He gave us a key. The AC didn't keeping up in the daytime. After our outings 87° was the coldest it would get. Until the sun went down. The person I was communicating with, via text, and they didn't give us their name said they would refund 15% of our stay. That doesn't even cover the night we (in our 60's and 70's) slept in our vehicle. In conclusion, we were not comfortable and are not happy with their accommodations. read more

Great location. Great idea. Unfortunately the airstream (7) we stayed was not the cleanest.... Had old food in the fridge, coffee pot was dirty.....the ac could not keep up in the 90+ degree heat, the bathroom was poorly redesigned ..as a women with wide hips it was too small and uncomfortable to sit on the toilet....it says you can sleep 2 but if you are not a couple that sleep together the futon is very uncomfortable. read more

Very small lots, with fire pit from nieghbor right out your window, park rules not enforced what's so ever. We had a group stayed next to us tied their dog out first morning and let it bark for 2 hours not a word from park host nor officials, we didn't report it, not wanting trouble. The eight people in the single 22' goose neck carried on outside our window till we hours in the morning. The fire they built in the ring that is located right next to our trailer left a smokey streak up the side of our trailer with little melted ember pocks in our decals. I strongly recommend Palisade if you're looking for a rv park, there's a couple there. Now we will get a quote and decide if insurance will be necessary, it really is poor park management and design. read more
