I appreciated that the instructor was thorough on technique and making sure you do the moves properly. Great way to work up a sweat with very little to no recovery in between! Loved the high energy music as well. They provide gloves and wraps should you not have your own. Also love that they offer "fire and ice" which was time in the infrared sauna and a cold plunge. Excellent way to recover after a grueling workout. Bring a change of clothes as well as your own towels etc to do the recovery part after. I'd come here often if I lived closer! But will definitely visit from time to time to brush up on my kickboxing and punching skills! Spice up your humdrum routine and check this place out!!

Literally all of the seats are completely broken on the ellipticals save for maybe 1 working machine. So if someone else is in that room your S.O.L.!! For the price of the monthly membership it's ridiculous they can't keep up with their equipment... It's a tiny location. You're giving up a lot from a regular gym as far as weights go, I wish this was as big as the Colleyville/Southlake location because I am really starting to consider canceling the membership at the price I pay just to come and see all the broken equipment...
