The gym members were friendly & happy to be working out together on a Saturday morning. The trainers, Trevor & Manny, were helpful by correcting members form & encouraging by pushing everyone to keep up the hard work. You can tell this is a tight community built on strong relationships. When I began my journey two months ago I was 135 lbs, and had a body fat percentage of 23%. My idea of a crunch was to grab the remote control without knocking my bowl of chips off my stomach. I had accepted that physical fitness just wasn't in the cards for me. My self confidence had begun to decline, which is a bad thing when your career is based upon making others feel confident and beautiful. I was scrolling Facebook and seen an ad for the gyms six week challenge and was intrigued. It was close to my salon, and I'd be able to go before work. Best of all it claimed to be a FREE six week challenge. Now like all things in life nothing is truly free without a catch. The fee for the challenge could be returned to you as long as you followed the guidelines and met your goal. I had a choice to make and let me add nothing is a better motivator than putting some serious cash on the line. I decided both for my self esteem, and my health that this was a decision I had to make. I needed guidance, structure, and positive reinforcement. I had joined other gyms in the past with the best of intentions; I'd go for a few weeks and get burnt out both with having no clue what types of workouts I'd be doing, and having zero accountability, and training. A lot of gyms like to play the family card and claim to have a membership that is full of encouragement and friendship. Unleashed however doesn't only claim it, they are. I've met so many wonderful and inspiring people outside of the trainers and that keeps me pushing to reach my next goal. There is people of all body types, and ages. Everyone always greets you, and helps encourage you when you're feeling that burn and contemplating giving up. I would have never been so successful if it weren't for people who have no idea how much they impacted me. I'm a researcher and after signing up I looked into just how reasonable 6% body fat loss on six weeks was. Needless to say the internet had me petrified I had just lost a lot of money. The average was 1% in 4 weeks. I needed a percent a week. I'm so very happy to say that it is more than possible. I followed the meal plan, never missed a workout, gave it 110% each time. Not only did I meet my initial goal, I surpassed it by double. As I type this review I'm currently down to 118 lbs, and a body fat % of 11.5. The meal plan was the hardest for me to change, yet has become a new way of life for me and my energy, and sleep have dramatically increased. Where I use to dread going to the gym I look forward to my early mornings and getting together with an extended family and pushing myself even further. If you're looking to change your life, and truly willing to follow the advice from some amazing people I highly recommend Unleashed. They changed my life and I can never truly express my admiration for the family I've joined. This is one decision you will not regret!!!!

Jared was thoroughly knowledgeable and informative about Hangar's Community Culture which I find so refreshing! Located in Riverside, this Hangar 18 has plenty of top rope and belay projects for fans to do. Parking is located in the front and toward the sides of the gym. There are two different doors you can enter from. The main door to scan for membership will be towards the sides with the gated parking spots. It was extremely hot and there isn't AC blasting in the climbing section. AC is available in the changing area and restrooms. There's also a lounging area, which is very unique. There was plenty of routes for climbers of all different types. As a fan of the slab wall, there wasn't much for me to do. In comparison to my home gym, we aren't allowed to sit on the mats at this location nor could we have our drinks on it. So do be mindful. Other than that, it was a unique experience, but I prefer my main location more.

I had my third baby in September, and when I started at Method 78 Fitness, I was just 3 months postpartum. My point is that I'm just a regular mom trying to survive living in expensive CA, raising three kids (my youngest is now 5 months and exclusively breastfed), while also being a wife and juggling everything else life requires. Despite all of that, I made the decision to not only make time for myself but to invest in myself. I've been consistently working out at Method 78 Fitness since November 2025. I started with semi-personal training (small groups of 6 or less), which was exactly what I needed. I didn't want to think or plan workouts, I just needed to show up and move my body. Now I've progressed to the larger group setting, which honestly shows how much I've grown since starting. I feel stronger, more confident, and capable in a way I didn't when I first walked in. All of the trainers, Haley, Kaela, Irene, and Damien have truly challenged me in the best way. They've taken the time to teach me how to work out correctly, making sure I started slow and safely, especially being newly postpartum when I began. I've worked out at a lot of places before, 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Fit Body Boot Camps, Bikram Yoga, and regular yoga studios, just to name a few. While some of them may be slightly less expensive, you're absolutely NOT getting the same value. Method 78 Fitness is not a "one size fits all" type of place. The level of attention, coaching, and personalization you get here is completely different. You're not just walking into a gym/studio and figuring it out on your own or following along with minimal guidance. The trainers actually watch your form, give corrections, offer modifications, and push you based on your individual ability. What I've gained from this gym goes far beyond just physical changes. I've built strength, endurance, and confidence in my body again. As a postpartum mom, that's huge! Additionally the environment is supportive and not intimidating. The facility is always clean, and the equipment is brand new, which makes a big difference when you're showing up consistently. At the end of the day, you might find something "cheaper" but you won't find this level of value. Method 78 Fitness is absolutely worth your time, your energy, and your money! Unfortunately, we got behind on our classes. Quinn was understanding and he worked with us which we truly appreciate. I explained what the staff member had told us and she still demanded payment. I told her then to cancel our membership and she gave me an attitude so I told her politely to f-herself, and hung up. This is not the first time that they've tried to charge for hidden charges. Unless money is not a thing for you, I would not recommend this place especially if you are living paycheck to paycheck like most of America. We'll miss the staff there but not the management and owners.

I was going to physical therapy, but eventually they told me there wasn't much more they could do for me unless I lost about 65 pounds. That was a tough thing to hear, but it pushed me to take my health seriously. That's when I started working with Coley, and honestly it was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. He didn't just throw workouts at me and hope for the best he really listened to what my body was going through and built workouts that helped me get stronger without making my injuries worse. Over time, I hit my goal and lost the 65 pounds I needed to lose. Even more important, my back pain is gone and my quality of life is so much better. I move differently, I feel stronger, and I have so much more confidence in my body again. Coley is the real deal. If you're looking for someone who actually cares about his clients and will hold you accountable, he's your guy. The exercise is similar to a calisthenics workout where there are different moves that you learn and do in repetition. It's also similar to yoga because all of the exercises can be modified to adapt to different silks and abilities. Seriously. Even those who are less "water confident" can stay in the shallow end (i think it's 4 ft deep). Talk to the team if it's your first time and let them know if you have any specific needs, hardships, injuries, etc. the aquamotion team is there to teach, coach, encourage, observe and are all trained and certified in lifeguarding and emergency first aid.
