I was trying to bring a guest and the front desk man was not very nice to my guest. I paid $1000 for my membership back in December. I regret it 3. Being kicked out of bike room in the midst of my workout due to a meeting. Although it is not everyday, it is once a week now. They won't give you five minutes to finish your workout. It's just immediate kick.

I've been coming to this location for a while now and have to say that the condition of both of the saunas is pretty disgusting. My husband even jokes that I might catch ringworm. I heard one guy telling someone, "you know how I know they don't clean? This paper towel or wipe has been on the ground here every day this week." Twice now, I've noticed a really foul smell in the infrared sauna and it makes me think something is growing in there. The last time I tried to go in there, I didn't even make it 10 seconds before walking right back out. It's gross. This week, a lady had to point out a nail in the seat so the guy sitting next to her didn't get snagged up. Clearly nobody is going in and doing checks. Why aren't they doing daily cleanings and sanitization in there at the very least? The staff has always been super nice and friendly, in my experience. I've only gone to the smoothie bar once but the staff was great and the drink was amazing! When I'm coming in or leaving or even when I've had to ask questions a couple of times, I'm always met with a pleasant staff member. Just hope they start putting some regular sauna cleaning procedures in place.

Every machine has a line. The sauna feels less like recovery and more like a refugee camp for exhausted gym-goers. The parking lot deserves its own reality show. Finding a spot requires the patience of a monk, the vision of an eagle, and the luck of someone who just won a scratcher. The craziest part is the timing. This isn't 5 PM after work. This is 10 PM on Sunday and 11 PM on random weeknights. Apparently everyone in town collectively decided sleep is optional and chest day is eternal. The staff has always been cool, and the facility itself isn't bad. The problem is that approximately 73% of the city's population appears to have the same membership. If EOS ever starts charging admission for spectators, they'll make a fortune because most of us spend half our workout watching other people use the equipment we're waiting for.

He was very welcoming to me as a newbie and made sure I did all the movement correct and always checked in on me. His style of teaching is more of Aquat Boot Camp so you definitely get a solid workout! Julie is also good as she learned her teaching style from Cubbiy but her's isn't as intense so that's good for me as well. As for the facility, it has a good mix of equipment, including plenty of cardio machines like treadmills and ellipticals, along with a decent-sized weight area with free weights, squat racks, and resistance machines. One day I will go back to using those equipment. Parking is convenient with a large free lot right outside, so getting in and out is easy.

While working out, I went to check on my 16-month-old through the window and saw her eating Goldfish crackers off the floor. I immediately looked for the employee supervising the children, Paris, but she was on the other side of the room focused on her phone instead of actively watching the kids. I also noticed the supervisor, Natalie, was not paying attention to what was going on in the room. At the time, I chose not to say anything because I wanted to finish my workout. However, about five minutes later when I picked up my daughter, I addressed the situation and explained that my child should never be eating food off the ground, especially considering the choking risk for a toddler. I also discovered that my daughter had a dirty diaper, and no one had contacted me to let me know. I have no idea how long she had been sitting in it, which further confirmed to me that the children were not being properly supervised. Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, Paris became defensive and argued with me, insisting she was good at her job and claiming she had only been on her phone for "30 seconds." The lack of concern and professionalism was extremely upsetting as a parent. I did speak with the manager Natalie afterward, and she handled the situation respectfully and reassured me that it would be addressed. I appreciated her professionalism, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I feel comfortable bringing my child back to the Kids Club.

Unfortunately, canceling was essentially impossible. The toll-free number was never answered, calls to the location went unanswered, and no one was available in the office. I sent cancellation requests via USPS mail, emails, and messages through their website, all without success or response. After months of unsuccessful attempts, my bank advised me to stop the automated ACH payments to prevent further unauthorized withdrawals. Despite this--and despite my contract term having expired--I was shocked to receive a call from a debt collector over a year later, claiming the gym had continued billing me and sent the account to collections. This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable had the gym honored basic cancellation requests or provided any customer service support. Continuing to bill and pursue collections after repeated cancellation attempts and after the contract term ended is unacceptable. My son has been doing lessons with Coach Trent for the past 7 months. It initially started with…read morebatting but we've been switching it up and alternating with catching/throwing lessons. Trent is amazing. He put confidence building as priority and my son has thrived. He celebrates the small wins with us and you can tell he really loves what he does. We will be putting our youngest in lessons as well, he's that good! Highly recommend!
