You're literally stepping onto a their land and it's immediately clear how loved and well cared for all the animals are. The family who owns it shared stories about each animal--how they were rescued, where they came from, and their personalities. Everything was really clean and well kept, and you can tell a lot of thought went into how the animals live there. Comfort of the animals seem to be top priority. While we were there, staff were in the kitchen cutting up fresh fruit for them. They were able to share education related to each animal and what each requires. They also have a waitlist for abandoned/unwanted animals because so many people trust them for rescuing exotic animals. You can tell they built their whole life around the animals. It's such a unique place, and I can't wait to go back.

She made sure our experience was a great one. She was very efficient in checking us in and made sure things that were unused stayed picked up. They have a tarantula and asked if we wanted her to bring him out to show the kids and was very patient is showing him to us and answering all of our questions. As far as the play place- cute and lots of pretend play so it's good for my younger kids but I probably wouldn't bring my 7 year old. They had lots of activities set up at the tables-ramen sorting, tooth brushing, arts, and crafts/slime (available for purchase). We'll be back soon and hope that we see the gem of an employee, Ruby.

Additionally, we pointed out one tank where one of the fish was being incessantly bullied and another tank with a dead fish, and all she goes is "hmm yep looks like it" and then walks back to the front and continues talking to her regulars. Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.

He loved it and all of his friends loved it. It was on a Saturday and they has parties all day so when we arrived it was really chaotic with other parties cleaning up and leaving. Parking was a struggle when we arrived to setup everything, but once our party time started it cleared out and was great! The employees helped with tables and socks for the kids. Bathrooms are out in the big room...kinda far but no biggie. This place was clean and big so there was plenty of room for a couple of parties at a time. We will be back!

Wow birthday parties galore! This is like a kids haven for wild and crazy ninja warrior stuff. So…read moremuch to do and thousands of kids. It got pretty hot in the party rooms and all around the playareas due to so many people. My littles felt really overwhelmed and weren't able to do everything. I do like that they try to keep certain areas to a specific age but nobody working is enforcing the rules. They should look into adding some healthy food options for parents. As a parent who goes out a lot with their kids I'm so tired of pizza and nachos. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. It was a good time overall for the kids, will prob come back during a weekday when it isn't as crowded.

To the left was a small souvenir store and the right was an room with a cash register and a table. This room lead into a kitchen where food is prepared for the animals/reptiles. There is also a bird in a cage that lives in there. He is loud and loves attention. Down the hall there is a gender neutral restroom and then the room that holds all the animals/reptiles. The room was small and had many habitats inside. I must say the selection of things to see was awesome! And the presentation of feeding the dragons, lizards, snakes and everything else was totally cool. My three year old loved it!! She was able to help feed and pet many of the reptiles. Just a tip...bring a bug catcher and you could walk away with a walking stick bug! We were bummed when we couldn't take one home. Happy Yelping!

Unfortunately, Ms. Tracy sold the business to new owners recently and everything has changed For the past month it has seemed like everyday another employee has left; they all look so miserable! My daughter's Pre-K class has experienced SIX different teachers so far this school year!!! SIX! We received almost daily reports of accidents, injuries, etc. that rarely happened before. For the first time in her life, my child doesn't want to go to school! we received very little communication from school management. They were so short staffed one day, the school sent out a message asking us to pick up our kids as soon as we all could because they were short handed! We have had multiple meetings to try to express our concerns and seek a solution with zero improvement. Before writing this I reached out to the owners and have received no response. But most disturbingly of all, this week the new management held a lockdown drill without ever training the staff (or even apparently telling them it was a drill!). Management went around banging on doors, etc. pretending to be an active shooter. Students were told if they make a sound "the bad people with guns will shoot and kill you"! My 4-yr-old (as well as many of her classmates) are terrified, having nightmares, and asking if they are going to be shot and killed. Lockdown drills are important. It's not necessary to traumatize babies! We (along with many others) had to make the difficult decision to pull our kids yesterday without a plan for childcare. I feel my child was no longer physically or emotionally safe at that school. I never could have imagined things going this way!
