Which,it really was back then. Jump forward and civilization has grown right up to the doorstep. However,once you park and enter,another world opens up. They've done a great job of developing the place where you can go and see what north Texas was in its unspoiled condition, as well as participating in organized activities. Such things as flashlight night walks for all ages to the fund raiser I attended today. There's something for everyone especially if you're new to this area. If you haven't been and especially if you have kids...check it out !
