Such a gem in Frisco! Modern and friendly to all ages! Fair prices, loads of inventory with a healthy variety of themes, and knowledgable staff. The birthday party set up was adorable and I can't wait to come visit again soon!

Huge selection of both new and old sets, just an amazing collection. Extremely cool environment with very friendly staff!

We had my son's 6th birthday at Brick Lab. He had a very specific vision of "Pokemon Legos" and the team here went out of their way to make it a reality. When we arrived the hosts unloaded the car, set up, served food and kept the energy going to keep all the kiddos engaged. I was able to sit back and enjoy the party. He had the best day and so did the friends! So happy with our choice!

It is unfortunate that this place is listed as a toy store, because it is so much more than that. My boys and I dropped in after visiting the bubble tea store next door. I am so glad that we did! My boys love legos and this place has so much to offer (see flyer in picture). This is the perfect place to build LEGO creations, host parties and just hangout! They offer different classes from robotics to stop motion for kiddos of all ages. My boys had an awesome time building creations alone and with the help of the staff. They offer no obligation monthly and yearly memberships, or you could just pay by day or hour; day camps are also available during school breaks. John and his assistants were very friendly and knowledgeable. John gave us a tour and explained how everything worked. The lounge area is very relaxing. We were even lucky enough to get Christmas time refreshments! This is definitely a place we will be visiting in the future!

We just love brickLAB! My son loves to go there and build plus pick out mini figs. We just had his eighth birthday party there this weekend and they were incredible. Made it so fun for the kids and super easy for the parents. You can tell they care a ton and we really appreciated all of their help!

The provided box for the purchased set (still in the process of rebuilding, as I took the set apart to build myself)

I had an ad for this place pop up on Facebook for the May the 4th be with you Star Wars event. Decided to swing by with a few of my older sets that I had already built in hopes of getting a UCS Star Wars set. I was very pleased with what they offered me for my sets. (they will use bricklink pricing and then offer a certain amount of in store credit or straight cash, more value if you go the credit route). I ended up getting myself the UCS A-Wing and was very happy with everything, it came built so I knew all the pieces were there. I don't know if they do this with all sets but they also had sealed instructions which was nice. Overall extremely happy that I found this store even as a older collector, and will definitely be back again to see what other gems I can find. Thank you BrickLab

This place is ok. From my experience They have a lot of substitutes so there's not a lot of…read moreconsistency in the way the classes are taught since each coach does it differently. I found that a lot of the times they start 2-3 minutes later than scheduled and end a couple minutes earlier so a 45 min class ends up being 35...my daughter has been at other gymnastics classes before and she enjoyed them a lot more. Idk if it's bc this is a huge gym w lots of kids but she just didn't seem to enjoy the classes so I ended up pulling her out.

This gym is ok. A few takeaways from our experience. Things…read morethat could use a bit of tweeking / improvement 1. All staff where the same colored shirts on the same day, so there is an identifiable uniform. Just as cheer wears a certian uniform, socks, shoes, bows etc. So they can be identified and show as a team. (Have different shirts for customers to buy vs the same as staff) 2. *Consistency* in how a class is taught when you have multiple instructors (different one each week) is key for many! (Example: warm up the same, next exercise/apparatuse the same and how the present, explain and demonstrate, and so on) -When there is so much variation students tend to get confused. 3. Show the student how to do the exercise, do not just mark it, as many do not have an idea. Example Cartwheel - show a cartwheel, explain a cartwheel, then help student do cartwheel (just like you do a routine marked or full out, show full out!) 4. When classes are going on, random gym kids are wondering the floor and getting in the way of others. This is a safety hazard and rude to the ones participating in a class. 5. Staff should not be allowed phone use (or even on the mat) during a teaching of a class. 6. Staff greets as one walks in, Hospitality goes a long way in a competitive market (vs talking to friends) Overall kids enjoyed, instructors are nice, however had no big take aways or building on skills. We will be looking for another gym to try.

My daughter had enrolled in a group music class at Frisco School of Music and Performing Arts and…read morehad already begun attending when we were unexpectedly told the class was canceled due to "low enrollment" -- a requirement that was never disclosed directly in communications before enrollment. When I reached out asking for a fair resolution (such as continuing the class, converting to private/semi-private at the same rate, or receiving a refund), owner Chris Duncan responded by removing my daughter from all of her classes, including the ballet class she was also enrolled in and very much enjoyed. There was no mention of any policy violation or behavioral issue--simply removal following my inquiry. This action caused real emotional distress for my daughter. She had formed bonds with classmates and the teacher, was excited for ballet each week, and had even laid out her ballet outfit ahead of class. Having everything abruptly taken away left her confused and upset, repeatedly asking why she couldn't return to class. I reviewed all enrollment paperwork and found no clause allowing cancellation mid-term for low enrollment, nor any provision allowing the removal of a student from unrelated classes for raising concerns. We were hoping for a nurturing, transparent, and supportive learning experience. Instead, the decision by Chris Duncan following our request for resolution has left us deeply disappointed. I urge other parents to get all cancellation and enrollment terms clearly stated in writing before enrolling.

I called a dozen ballet studios before deciding on FSMPA. They had the best rate (5% off yearly…read moremembership paid up front), no costume fee for the recital (what do we do with $100 ballet attire anyway?), and they offer many other activities from music to arts to performing arts. Well, you get what you pay for. No glitz, no glam, no glitter about this place. Inconsistency with instructors (three in a year), curriculum, and award system (tokens for prizes given out with the first instructor but not the other two). We viewed the class on a TV screen but got to go into the studio once every other month to see them dance in person. The studio was always frigid (65 degrees) through the winter and summer time. I understand these girls are working up a sweat but they all came down with cold arms and hands. As for the recital, it was short and sweet. All classes (about seven classes with 10 girls in each) arrived early to get dressed. They all walked on stage and danced together. Then, each class did their own dance. At the end, they all got back on stage and did a final dance. Most other ballet studios have each class doing three individual routines. Depending on how long you want to stick around, I didn't mind this setup. The staff are mostly amicable. Shout out to Ms. Amanda for challenging the girls with difficult moves and also having lots of patience dealing with a bunch of girls with short attention spans.
